The synchronization works well. The sync profile set up took a bit of understanding, but I received really great and timely help from customer service. Clint is awesome! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish the sync app would update lead records in Salesforce so our workflows and processes would work. Currently it syncs campaign responses but doesn't update the lead record so there is no trigger for workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
