What do you like best about Synaptic Advisors?

The Youreka product is great and unique in that it could solve a problem for us that no other vendor could. You can pull in Salesforce data without having to have every question on the form be a Salesforce field. The form is easy to configure and update and the team that we work with is unmatched as far as customer service and knowledge is concerned. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Synaptic Advisors?

What problems is Synaptic Advisors solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allows our reps to submit internal requests and route them to the correct person, it also allows us to have externally facing forms to send to our customer.
