Great partnership with symplr. Their Workforce Management Suite offers forward-thinking features and automation that help us drive real efficiency across our operations. It’s a strong platform with the functionality we need to scale and stay agile.

Nothing negative to say.  Love how the company has improved over the past eight years to be a leader in the space.

Shift automation and notifications to HCPs with 100% of it being tech driven.

The updates are not communicated to us well - we can only have so many users and we usually learn about things after the fact.

**What do you like best about symplr Talent Management?**

symplr Talent Management is easy to use for recuriting and hiring staff. I like that it's one websit to open with all of my open positions and where my applicants are in the hiring process. It is also easy to communicate with applicants through symplr Talent Management as well. The site is user friendly, fast, and effective!

**What do you dislike about symplr Talent Management?**

Sometimes our new applicants do have issues completing all fields on their smart phones. I usually just have them sit down with an I-Pad or go use a computer to comeplete the application. Most people applying use their smart phones.

Getting staff into and onto our team in a fast and effective manner!

**What do you like best about symplr Talent Management?**

I use this daily with interviews and hiring. I love the way you can export the applicant into ADP and most of the pertant information is already there.  You are able to put notes for aonly the company to see.

**What do you dislike about symplr Talent Management?**

Occasionally, Symplyr will get hung up in the exporting to ADP which can create a pause in the hiring process.  Please note that this does not happen very often.

It has taken away the paper applications and have intergrated the interview and hiring process to a easier solution.

**What do you like best about symplr Talent Management?**

While the courses that are part of SYMPLR are above average in content, the best part of our experience has been working with the behind-the-scenes sales rep and tech department in getting SYMPLR to run in our LMS...one that is new to us and had quite a few quirks in getting it to run ANY vendor courses seamlessly.  Your tech team made themselves available every time we asked and even met with our LMS vendor and fixed all the issues, so now it runs exactly as expected

**What do you dislike about symplr Talent Management?**

The only issue we have had is that a certain window needs to close before another when a user is completing a course and even tho you have that CLEARLY written in the courses for the users to see, they often overlook it and dont understand why a course didn't complete correctly.  We've sent communications, etc., and that is truly the only issue we have...

It is providing much needed healthcare content for our nursing staff.  We have made many of your courses required ones.

Symplr Recruiting integrates well with our other platforms, also very easy to use and train new users. If we have any issues, the support team is quick to respond and fantastic to work with.

Symplr is solving job posting, recruiting, and on-boarding problems and allows for a streamlined and effecting recruitment and on-boarding process. We also use their Learning Management and Performance evaluations to manage our organizational development and employee evaluation intiatives.

Once you understand the layout, it is easy to work in. screens are not too busy.

Running reports can be streamlined better. Allow me to select multiple people groups to run a report on or enroll in a class would make it MUCH MUCH easier

Help desk tickets are not alway resolved in a timely manner, even when urgent support is needed.

I like their customer service. Whenever I have an issue, I have someone to call, they can always help, or if they need to refer to their colleagues and get back to me later, they ALWAYS do. They always follow up if they say they will; I don't have to call back myself the next day.

**What do you dislike about symplr Talent Management?**

I think what is least helpful is the set up. It can be very difficult to find  what you are looking for. Very often I have to call the help number to find what I am looking for. The classification system can get to be a bit overwhelming at times. Then when I do find what I am looking for, I often think it doesn't make sense where they classified it under.

**What problems is symplr Talent Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are solving our issues with invoicing. Before using symplr, invoicing would be a long and sometimes complicated process, but now it is very simple to invoice clients. It also is very useful that symplr stores our invoices so I can look back on any if needed.

I enjoy having everything in one place; we can manage our training and documentation. I have not been able to do so on other platforms. I want to recommend Symplr.

I would like to have more training sessions for new inhouse employees and refreshers to our existing employees to maintain a high level of education for each person using symplr.

We havent had any issues so far we enjoy using the product and no longer use any other platforms for our training. Most of our vendors are very pleased with us using symlr

it's super easy to keep track of active candidates as well as candidates that have applied in the past, as well as serving as a database for future contacts and prior employees.

**What do you dislike about symplr Talent Management?**

I wish we could manually enter candidates and bypass the "application" process, because it skews the data since you can't mark someone as "hired" if they haven't logged in even though they have signed a contract!

They recently made it possible to edit a candidate's contact information so we can fix typos and update addresses without asking them to log in again.

simple to learn, reporting is relatively easy

Some questions on the chat take days to weeks to get resolved for instance why our logo for posting is symplr and not our company.  Why can't I feed to job openings to other websites like the unemployment site.   Also requested access to do texting to candidates 2 weeks ago and have not heard back.   Have to pull down and recreate posting to refresh a posting

Currently working on issues, but are not resolved.  Is a very basic ATS system compared to other programs I have used

Talent Manager is not one of the fanciest or most fully-featured ATS I have ever used. However, the support is top-notch. Whether through the chat bubble or through a phone call, any issues that come up are quickly resolved.

The careers website that is generated through Talent Manager is not very flashy for featured. We have had issues with searching for jobs by department, position title, and location. We also have very little control over the content and need to reach out every time an update needs to be made.

Talent Manager provides a one-stop-shop for applications across our system. Positions also automatically post to Indeed, which is helpful. Integration with other posting sites would be useful.

The best part of Position Manager is the program is focused on the healthcare industry.   The designers understand the unique needs of healthcare recruitment.   The support team is on the job, and very responsive to any questions.  The development team is always looking for ways to improve the system.

The development team is always looking to improve the system.  The only improvement I would suggest is related to training - the ease of learning how to use the system.

Work with your implementation team.  They will help.

We have been able to streamline our process - complete manual system to an automated system.  We have saved a great deal of time in our applicant processing and onboarding process.

I like the added texting feature it has allowed us to reach our candidates sooner. I like the fact that we were able to set up integration with our M-Files system for faster processing of our candidates.

I would like our jobs once they are posted to stay up in the Indeed Hierarchy for a longer time. This has resulted in us having to repost our positions every single week which is very
 time -consuming with everything else our Human Resources Professionals have to do.

The texting has helped tremendously and the integration with our M-File systems has allowed us to go from a paper process to an electronic process. It is has allowed us to speed the hiring process along and get our candidates in the door sooner.

It is fairly simple to run reports and look up learners.

Response time for cutomer support has increased from 5 minutes to "within a day" making it difficult to solve problems in a timely manner. The updates are also not communicated well and we often experience issues.

The process of running NetLearning reports is cumbersome and seems antiquated. The aesthetic interface looks dated.
