symplr access makes it easy to check representatives in that are coming in to assist the doctors with the equipment for surgeries. When they swipe thier ID badge, all of the information comes up and you only have to verify it is the correct person. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only issue ive ever had with symplr is that the card reader that the reps use to swipe their card to check in does not always work and then we have to manually enter all of the reps credentials into the system and make sure the information is correct. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Symplr helps keeping order in our hospital, it allows reps to request appointments and gives us the option to decline or approve easily. There is a mobile application that helps tracking what appointments are on your calandar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

All in all it works well, the website is a bit generic and the mobile application has hardly any functionality. I would prefer the appointment not be voided if a visitor is running late and misses their timeslot, it causes for more work on my end to submit or approve another appointment. what i dislike the most is the process for vendors to sign up if they have not created an account prior to the surgery date. getting a vendor to comply is always a challange Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

With Symplr Access I am able to run reports easily to accommodate any needs in relation to our vendors/reps Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the vendor management aspect of Access and appreciate being able to find vendors of products that interest me.
