**What do you like best about SFX CRM?**

Symphony Talent has its pros and cons. We use their CRM and their team for help with talent recruiting and advertising. I appreciate the guidance their team can provide and how it's helped us recruit more people.

**What do you dislike about SFX CRM?**

Their CRM is not user friendly at all and their guidance their team provides is not always helpful. When asking for help or modifications it's a constant struggle to get help and answers.

**What problems is SFX CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Symphony Talent CRM helps me to reach out to more candidates quickly. I can create emails just for specific candidates or for a variety of candidates with targeted messaging.

**What do you like best about SFX CRM?**

Symphony Talent SmashFlyX helpes me in engaging more talent and building my talent community. It's Marketing campaign tool is quite effective. Also It tracks all the candidates traffic which are there on my open requisitions.

**What do you dislike about SFX CRM?**

Currently, there is nothing that I dislike.

**What problems is SFX CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It surely did solved the problem of job requisition and relationship management and recruitment marketing. Now it is way better that prior using this.

**What do you like best about SFX CRM?**

Posting jobs is pretty straight-forward. We can post multiple jobs in just a few clicks. It makes the life of a sourcer or a recruiter very easy as to we can concentrate on hiring more.

**What do you dislike about SFX CRM?**

I have used SmashFlyX for a limited period of time and that was only for job postings and media management for various of our in-house vendors or clients. I do not have any dislikes.

**What problems is SFX CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have used SmashFlyX for a limited period, and that was only for bulk job postings and media management for various of our in-house vendors or clients. The reports that we have generated for an individual in-house vendor looked very appreciative, and these are self-explanatory.

**What do you like best about SFX CRM?**

SmashFly is easy to use and takes care of all of our recruitment marketing needs.  I particularly love that we can manage our own career site without needing to have a lot of knowledge with html and website design.

**What do you dislike about SFX CRM?**

There is not much currently that I do not like about it.  

**Recommendations to others considering SFX CRM:**

Do it! You won't be disappointed.

**What problems is SFX CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have moved toward a Shared Services model and recruit for multiple facilities.  This has helped us bring SEO and recruitment marketing to all of our facilities, ultimately generating more applicants across the system and giving all applicants the same applicant experience regardless of which facility they are applying to.

**What do you like best about SFX CRM?**

I don’t know. They have a new marketing campaign platform that isn’t much better than their old one. Our rep is great.

**What do you dislike about SFX CRM?**

Oh boy. We seem to have issues pop up with the system often. Tracking links aren’t working for us. The analytics are really slow to load and sometimes not terribly intuitive.

**Recommendations to others considering SFX CRM:**

Sigh. We’ve had smashfly as a vendor for several years and I will say their product support has gotten better, but that’s primarily because we have a great rep on our account. I do think their partnership with Symphony Talent will be a positive change. I’m not sure if we have an old platform, but sometimes the system is clunky. We also have a terrible ATS that doesn’t help issues.

It’s our recruitment CRM and allows us to capture data for our candidate pool.

**What do you like best about SFX CRM?**

Great place to house candidates that have been previously sourced, screened, & qualified.

**What do you dislike about SFX CRM?**

I feel that it could be a little more logical in the layout/design & search.  I get discouraged when I get in to search for candidates & get poor results based on my search criteria.  I have been using CRMs for ~20 years & have found that the logic is lacking.

Solves the problem of disparate screened candidate data & houses it in one convenient location.

**What do you like best about SFX CRM?**

I did like the searching functionality of the program. It made it easy to search and track candidates that were in the process. It was also easy to track each step the candidate was making, for reporting purposes to management. The resume parsing made short work of adding candidates to the data base, pretty intuitive system

**What do you dislike about SFX CRM?**

If I remember correctly, It did not do the greatest at alerting you of duplicate candidates. There were often times of duplicated efforts and candidates being reached out to more than once by different recruiters. At the time, I was seeking high profile individuals, so it would make us look bad as an organization if multiple people from the same office were reaching out. 

**Recommendations to others considering SFX CRM:**

I think it is a create CRM, I think what I disliked about the program is that I was using it in conjunction with another platform. I am not sure that SmashFly has onboarding functionality. If it does, I would make sure to test that feature before proceeding. It made it annoying at best to have to onboard in a separate system.

I like that we can add notes to track our correspondence prior to application completion. And task reminder works great for me.

Not proper guide or help for new users so have to face some problems from starting.

**What do you like best about SFX CRM?**

I like the availability of all the different job boards that you can post to. Also, with their latest upgrade, you can now auto-source your jobs, which provides a tremendous administrative relief on our recruiters.

**What do you dislike about SFX CRM?**

I wish our customer success team was more involved with ATS providers. It doesn't seem like they are much of a "partner".

**Recommendations to others considering SFX CRM:**

Our ATS is actively investing in enhanced job board distribution capabilities. It may be better from a systems perspective for you to explore if your ATS can support the level of job distribution that you need.

**What problems is SFX CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Today, we solely use them for free and paid job board distribution. The benefit of funneling our job postings through one provider is that it flows through one system of record.

Helps in finding potential recruits and keeps them interested.  Allows us to snatch them up when the time is right.

**What do you dislike about SFX CRM?**

There is not much to dislike about this application

**Recommendations to others considering SFX CRM:**

If you're looking for a product with a fantastic range of functions, this is it. It takes time to unlock its full potential because some of its features are difficult to use without experience. If you're thinking of buying this product, I would recommend having your team trained properly on the best uses of this application.  They will be able to help recruiters use the software at maximum capacity.

**What problems is SFX CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are building a large database of candidates to help with future proofing our business.  We have a very small team in our HR department and this application has allowed them to free up time and money in recruiting top end prospects and keeping them on our candidate list until the time is right.  There is nothing simple about recruiting but this application makes the complicated simple and easy.

**What do you like best about SFX CRM?**

My favorite features are the Talent Network forms, which allow you to collect data from potential applicants at events or on landing pages. They are easy to create and super useful. I also like the CRM, which allows you to search for the nitty gritty candidate details you need to send really targeted and personalized email campaigns.  

**What do you dislike about SFX CRM?**

The platform is not particularly user-friendly. It is difficult to create email templates and landing pages without HTML and CSS experience. The platform can do everything I want it to and more, but I often have to reach out to support for help figuring out how. 

**Recommendations to others considering SFX CRM:**

If you're looking for a product with a fantastic range of functions, this is it. It takes time to unlock its full potential because some of its features are difficult to use without experience. If you're thinking of buying this product, I would recommend having a small team that takes the learning courses SmashFly offers and really acquaints themselves with the platform. They will be able to help recruiters use the software at maximum capacity.

We're building a large database of potential candidates. We have a steady stream of applicants through nurture campaigns.

**What do you like best about SFX CRM?**

The ease of use with the platform has been amazing. The Talent Acquisition team finds it extremely easy to post a job on various jobs sites. The reporting feature is great for all team members as it lets them know how a particular post is performing. The training of the system was very clear and concise.

**What do you dislike about SFX CRM?**

The system has gone down a couple of times which has caused some frustrations with the team and applicants.

**Recommendations to others considering SFX CRM:**

Ensure you take as many of the training sessions as you can. You can purchase service credits for training. I wish we had purchased more, simply to use as refreshers when needed. 

**What problems is SFX CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were experiencing some candidate drop off during the initial engagement. Smashfly sends an automatic email to the applicant within 72 hours reminding them to apply. We are also experiencing tremendous benefits of engaging the Talent Network in more emails, events to attract them to the company and keep them excited about working for us.

**What do you like best about SFX CRM?**

The team members assigned to our account have all been top notch. They are extremely collaborative, flexible, and helpful when it comes to building a solution that will work for our company. Every person assigned to our account is extremely responsive to all of our inquiries. The tool itself is extremely powerful and has automated a tremendous amount of our marketing, sourcing and recruiting processes.

**What do you dislike about SFX CRM?**

The tool is fantastic for English/US based needs. They still have some growing to do when it comes to providing a tool that works equally well for companies with international recruiting needs. 

**What problems is SFX CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A more robust and automated solution for recruitment marketing, candidate relationship management, and sourcing.

**What do you like best about SFX CRM?**

I like that I can add candidates, who have not applied yet, as contacts. And add notes to track our correspondence prior to application completion. I like that it syncs our applicants in our ATS to SmashFly. It's also nice to be able to run mass email campaigns for specific jobs.

**What do you dislike about SFX CRM?**

I dislike the significant differences in estimated reach as compared to the actual reach when sending email campaigns. Sometimes we are unable to execute due to extended processing delays (have to wait on too many spins; system slowness), even after we've cleared cache and cookies. For a period of time, we received a number of system errors that were different in nature, slowing down our workday. It also seems like we receive quite a few notifications from SmashFly Support advising of issues and errors that are being worked on frequently.

The benefits are to be able to get mass email campaigns out to all of our contacts who are within a specific territory and job title.

Searching for candidates to find organic or duplicates is never accurate.

There are often times SF crashes and we are  unable to work because we have to stay out until the issues is resolved.

**What do you like best about SFX CRM?**

SmashFly is a great way of managing your pipeline of candidates and setting up email campaigns to alert them of open positions that fit their experience.

**What do you dislike about SFX CRM?**

Oftentimes, integrating job boards in SmashFly can be tedious and frustrating when they won't cooperate.

**What problems is SFX CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use SmashFly as a centralized database for our talent pipelines across our clients. We are able to section off the database, so that people working on different clients aren't poaching candidates from other clients. The marketing aspect of SmashFly has yielded lower time-to-fill and a much higher response rate.
