The interface that it has is pretty good and reads out well. Whatever you need is outlined well and if you do have questions or concerns about the product the technical support is knowledgeable and able to help in certain circumstances. The mobile application of the product is different from others I've seen and stands out very nicely. It has a more modern feel to it and requires very little training to use. **What do you dislike about Symantec Mobile Threat Defense?** At times the customer service can be difficult to deal with if if you need them, they are not always there or you have long lines/queues to wait in. There are some kinks and bugs that still need to be worked on. I disliked that I was not able to use the product for a longer period of time as the employer I was with who did implement it seem to be going in the right direction and was very knowledgeable in the software and background of the product. **Recommendations to others considering Symantec Mobile Threat Defense:** Be sure it is something you want to use and invest in as it can take time to implement and a fair dollar value. This is a great product that can work for smaller companies. Deep scan takes much time to complete and it’s a tricky process for me because it takes up to an hour for complete.
