I love that alert solutions/swiftk12 makes it easy to send mass messages to all of our students, families, and staff with one screen. Know that the system is very intuitive to use and requires very little training. It is also nice to be able to search any group of students and message only them: for example, we can message one sports team or a single bus route in order to spread information. The contact search feature is not working well. The older version worked better especially when trying to find users. The customer service can sometimes experience delays in getting back to you or providing solutions to issues. Really easy to set up attendance calls even multiple calls each day. Has a nice add on that allows you to send documents out electronically such as report cards, attendance letters, test scores. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
