"Over the top podcast"
Describe the project or task Sweet Fish Media helped with:

Sweetfish introduced us to account-based marketing. We had a rough idea for a podcast that could be a sales tool. Sweetfish took our rough idea and built a podcast that significantly exceeded our expectations.

Sweetfish invested significant time and energy to understand our target market; they asked the right questions and thought critically about setting us up for success. The result is incredible. From the design details to the voiceover, the show speaks to our target market perfectly. They even gave us a playbook to use the podcast as a sales tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sweet Fish Media?

Attention to detail and effort they took to understand our market and goals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Early stage company - very happy with Sweet Fish podcast services"
Describe the project or task Sweet Fish Media helped with:

Sweet Fish helped our company launch our first podcast, Go-to-Market Excellence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sweet Fish Media?

The onboarding was a great process starting with coming up with a name, strategy, target audience, and then transitioning into helping us book our first guests and start production. I think the part I liked the best was initially strategizing with Dan/Logan on the launch of the podcast. The part I liked second-best is the fabulous content they provide that helps a new podcast host be successful. It truly feels like the content is part of the service. Beyond that, Sweet Fish is constantly trying to push their clients to produce better content that stands out and isn't just commodity content. A lot of agencies get into a specialty and just run the same play over and over. Seems like Sweet Fish is constantly pursuing improvement internally and for their clients. "It's time for you to believe in podcasts"
Describe the project or task Sweet Fish Media helped with:

We wanted to start a new marketing channel, specifically podcasts but had zero idea of where to even begin. Thankfully I met James Carbary a few years ago at HubSpot's INBOUND and remembered Sweet Fish's name.

Once we were introduced to Logan and the rest of the team, we were sold. It was so easy to name our show, get the assets together, and work with them to develop the launch plan.

Ten months and 30+ episodes later, we're crusin and are loving the feedback from our audience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sweet Fish Media?

Sweet Fish keeps us on task, ensures we're publishing consistent content, and helps us to understand the metrics we should be paying attention to so we hit our goals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Sweet Fish gave us podcasting wings and taught us how to fly"
Describe the project or task Sweet Fish Media helped with:

We partnered with Sweet Fish Media without knowing a darn thing about podcasting.

They came in and helped us go from 0 listeners to over 20k in about 9 months. It was incredible!

With their help we've published over 34 episodes, 70 micro videos, and a BOAT load of increased brand awareness. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sweet Fish Media?

I loved the consulting and direction that Logan and the Sweet Fish team provided when we came up with our concept.

The planning sessions taught us everything from naming, recording, and launching our first episodes.

We wouldn't be where we are today in our multimedia content development if it weren't for them! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent service and a knowledgeable team"
Describe the project or task Sweet Fish Media helped with:

Sweet Fish Media helped us get our podcast off the ground with services like podcast branding, guest outreach, and content creation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sweet Fish Media?

We didn't know anything about starting a podcast, other than we knew we wanted to provide a place for prospects and clients to learn from one another and build community. Sweet Fish helped us take that vision and make it a reality. Every team member is a subject matter expert in podcasting and we felt like we were in good hands throughout the launch process. Post-launch, we were especially impressed by the podcast writing services they provide. We serve a niche market that uses a lot of complex processes and terminology, and the Sweet Fish writing team did a fantastic job at distilling those concepts into short and engaging copy. "I've never felt so supported by a partner"
Describe the project or task Sweet Fish Media helped with:

My company hired Sweet Fish Media earlier this year to help us plan, launch and produce a niche podcast called The Manufacturing Executive.

We'd been tossing around the possibility of a podcast for over a year. In early 2019, I spoke with Logan Lyles on the Sweet Fish Team and he was very helpful (as most good sales people would be). But what was different was how incredibly helpful, patient and respectful he CONTINUED to be even as we dragged our feet over the next 12 months.

Logan jumped on a number of calls with me during that period to help me evaluate options and objectively examine whether podcasting even made sense for my business. He did all the little things too – like providing me with a saved Amazon list of all the podcasting equipment I'd eventually need. When I (finally) made the decision to go forward with podcasting as a medium, it was very clear who I'd be choosing to launch our show.

What has really blown me away, though, is that the experience with their team and level of customer service has gotten even BETTER since we hired them. We've all been in situations where a good salesperson got us hyped up and then we experienced buyer's remorse after the sale because the service/product didn't match what happened before we forked over the cash. The opposite has been true with Sweet Fish. Their whole team has been like Logan.

They've:

– Offered their time to help me position our show toward the right audience

– Taught me how to market a podcast

– Shared numerous tools and tips for podcast analytics, creating micro content from my recordings, getting more visibility on LinkedIn and more

– Welcomed me into a community of other podcasters and leveraged their own reach and visibility in social media channels to help me gain more exposure from my company and our show

Frankly, I've been blown away by the experience.

And I haven't even talked about the quality of the podcast production yet! (which has been nothing short of exceptional).

I've been co-leading my business for 14 years and I've never experienced customer service at this level from any other vendor or partner. I can't recommend the Sweet Fish team enough. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sweet Fish Media?

Their customer service and genuine desire to help me succeed (not only my show, but my company as a whole). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
