Top Rated Sweep Alternatives

Over the last couple months I've had the pleasure of working with Benjamin from Sweep, and I cannot speak highly enough of the support he provided. Benjamin played a crucial role in helping us structure the overall architecture of our Salesforce environment. His deep understanding of both the technical and strategic aspects of Salesforce allowed us to streamline our processes and ensure we were set up for long-term success.
What really stood out, though, was how Benjamin went above and beyond to teach me how to build complex automations within Sweep. His step-by-step guidance made what initially seemed like a daunting task feel manageable. He was patient, clear in his explanations, and always made sure I understood the logic behind each automation before moving on to the next step. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sweep makes Salesforce administration a dream -- and lets us FINALLY focus on what really matters for GTM revenue org vs. the "how" to implement Salesforce automations.
I am so impressed and happy there are people out there who made the UI of Salesforce finally something I am EXCITED to use and can't wait to tell other RevOps leaders to consider. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's a little buggy here and there but the best part is their team responds right away and can release fixes in hours or days, not quarters. This team is hungry and it's admirable as a customer! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use Sweep for our lead routing, deduping, auto-lead converting, slack alerts, and more. At my previous company, I used to have to build these functions out in flows and automations, which would day many hours, or even days, and was cumbersome to update every time the business logic would change. We have been using their product for some time now and they are constantly releasing new features and their support team is attentive to our needs. While I don't think Sweep can replace a Salesforce Admin or project manager, it allows us to free up our time to focus on Data Hygiene, Analysis and improving the UI for our teams. The other main benefit of Sweep is that it makes visualizing logic easy in a condensed and understandable way, even for non-Salesforce admins. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So far so good and I don't have any dislikes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sweep delivered value just a few days from my initial integration. This was critical as we launched our GTM motion with yours truly, the accidental admin, requiring custom business logic and a reliable feed of updates about movements in our pipeline.
As we've iterated multiple times, Sweep has enabled me to save heaps of energy and time to stay focused on other RevOps . For example, I was able to run lead routing, deploy a custom object, two brand new sales processes, and complex Slack notification workflows in a total of probably 10 hours of work.
To boot, the team is just a wonderful set of people. They set the benchmark for customer success and willingness to solve problems as well as ideate on those random product improvement thoughts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Can't say I dislike anything although I'd love to have a bit more field management capabilities so that I can avoid doing any admin in Salesforce. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

practicly everyone can use it without being an expert on Salesforce.
realy user friendly, its easy to make changes and then deploy, without having to afraid you cant role back :)
our support is awsome and realy quick.
realy something that you HAVE TO HAVE. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
i dont think i've encountered anything to dislike about Sweep.. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Seriously -- when I saw the documentation/AI portion of this demo, I knew I had to have it. As a solo admin and someone who needs to troubleshoot pretty frequently, being able to ask this tool what is going on under the hood and getting a detailed description of how my automations are working is a game changer.
This is also an incredible way to consolidate your tech stack -- we use it for our roll-ups, de-duping and our change management documentations. I supplement flow with this and use the automations piece in conjunction with assignments for some more complicated group assignments as well.
Customer support team is out of this world friendly and extremely knowledgable of this tool as well, so my questions are always answered quickly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One of the only things I would love to see is the interaction with AI to be a little more robust. Right now, when you click into the AI chat, it hasn't quite been able to figure out how to answer my questions while analyzing a larger portion of the org.
What I mean is, if I am clicked into the Account object, I am restricted to just whats on the account object. I have to back out and pick a new object to ask questions about. I'd like to be able to zoom into one part of the org, and when it returns an answer that says, "Actually try checking here on X object", I'd like to be able to ask it to look and bring that info in to me rather than having to click around to ask the question again. We are just getting really getting into using everything with sweep but so far it has been able to replace several products that we had. It is fairly user intuitive and as someone that does not have a development background this has been huge. They are very responsive to questions and requests. They added a feature to their product specifically for our company that will save us hours upon hours upon hours implementing a new project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I may have missed this, and with the constant improvements they are making this might be hard but having a good knowledge base that defines the different parts of each thing the tool can do would be really cool. So far, they have been super responsive when we have questions but it'd be cool to not always have to be a bother! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our team's experience with Sweep has been transformative. Prior to onboarding Sweep, we had invested in Salesforce for an entire year without maximizing its potential. Ben from the Sweep team has been a crucial catalyst in our success, providing exceptional support throughout our implementation process.
Ben has been instrumental in tailoring our Salesforce configuration to precisely match our business needs. His approach is both collaborative and strategic – he thoughtfully challenges our assumptions and encourages us to think more deeply about our platform's backend architecture. His expertise goes beyond simple configuration; he has conducted comprehensive team training sessions and demonstrated remarkable patience as we continuously refine our processes.
What truly sets Ben apart is his responsiveness and efficiency. Whether we're updating accounts, uploading lists, or refreshing reports, he consistently provides prompt and high-quality support. His commitment to our success has been evident in every interaction, helping us unlock the full value of our Salesforce investment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Wish that we had Ben in house! He is a a firm believer of the "teach a man to fish method" and rather than do our work for us he is always encouraging us to learn how to do it ourselves as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The automation capabilities significantly reduce implementation time for process changes, enabling quicker adaptation to business needs.
With an intuitive interface and pre-built templates, Salesforce management becomes straightforward. We now deploy changes in hours instead of weeks, improving our time-to-market and allowing faster responses to opportunities and challenges. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The current limits of the tool - where Salesforce customization is still needed (advanced flows). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how it replaces a lot of our tools. It's simple, yet efficient. The team and the support we get is world class. The best part is the agility, there's always something new and exciting updates . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There's nothing to dislike. Our experience has been great so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It has the functionality we all wish Salesforce had out of the box, with great ease of use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's not possible to order Sweep automations and Flow automations, which could lead to some challenges. The error logging also leaves a lot to be desired. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
