- Customer Support: SwagUp account managers and the warehouse team are incredibly professional, detail-oriented, and kind. They'll do everything they can to go above and beyond. (Shoutout to Nicole Padron!)
- Swag Options are high quality. I've sampled over ten different items, and each one has been of better quality than the competing brands.

There are so many practical reasons to use SwagUp, but I would have to say the most important use for me is the ease of creating and shipping swag to new staff members. The ability to dropship and have stock available is priceless when you don't have space to store at your location. The dashboard and website itself is designed very well, and very easy to navigate and communicate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My only two issues are the communication around the status of updates (which apparently is in process) and communication in the dashboard, which can be a little clunky when you are working with a more complex swag design process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My two primary areas of joy with SwagUp were 1) the fabulous selection of products available for customization from hats to pens to air plants to tech gadgets, and 2) the straightforward process it was to create and design my unique SwagUp box to wow our new employees. The only downside is that the minimum purchase order is 50 boxes, which can be a little overwhelming for small companies that may not need to order as many right away. I loved the variety of different swag items available, from regular stuff like water bottles to artisanal products. I loved the webcam covers, masks, and blue light glasses. The custom mineral water was also a huge hit! I felt like we found something unique that could set us apart and remind our clients why we are so great to work with. The SwagUp dashboard was confusing for me, I felt like it wasn't intuitive and I didn't know where to click. The wording itself was confusing as well as finding where my custom boxes were, adding "credits" was strange, I didn't understand why I couldn't just pay for the swag items I had ordered and then pay for the shipping.
