Swag up is easy to use, integrates with our HRIS and has an awesome team to work with (shoutout to Eladio!). I've gone through a million iterations to find what we were looking for and the look we wanted and the team was very patient with my requests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've been a customer of SwagUp for 4 years now. They provide a well-thought-out catalog of customizable high-quality swag and pre-built custom boxes and the option to build your own. Prices are fair for the high-quality items and they provide good fulfillment options with excellent flat-rate shipping costs for domestic and international addresses; taking the hassle out of manually shipping from a carrier. I most like and appreciate the customer care as our account representative, Dan K is an all-star! He is cordial and quick to respond regardless of the time of day. He goes above and beyond to ensure we have received our orders by deadlines, even if they are rushed, and that we've selected the best quality and products for our budget. The team is customer obsessed, patient. The interface is easy to use, intuitive. The customization, ordering and payment experience was hassle free. Most other platforms are opaque on pricing, ordering, quality of items and not easy to work with. I like that SwagUp understands my needs and accurately caters to them. It was my first time ordering branded promotional products for the office. Yet, SwagUp's account executives provided top-notch customer service and guided me through the process every step of the way. In essence, they have "mastered swag packs," so their clients "don't have to." I also really love their values as an organization since they are incredibly similar to mine at heart. It's a weird thing to say, but their popularity can be both a blessing and a curse. SwagUp.com always seems busy and bursting with clients, which means that it can take a while for their customer service teams to get back to you with answers. Also, it's advisable to never order swag around the holidays from these folks (or any swag company, to be honest) because there will inevitably be delays in arrival times, especially with supply chain shortages (but that's to be expected these days). We chose SwagUp because of its easy to use platform, its variety of product and its flexibility. I liked that someone was assigned to our account and worked with me all the way to the finish line to ensure our satisfaction. That rep was able to answer all of my questions and help me navigate the process, but he was also able to get things moving so that we could get all our goods on time. Not only we received the goods on time although we were on a tight timeline, but employees were very satisfied of the quality and the look of the goods. It was a massive success for our event! I've ordered my fair share of corporate swag, stored it, and done individual shipping. The process with SwagUp has been stress-free and perhaps even enjoyable! I like the in-platform editing of swag mocks, quick ordering, and never having to see big boxes of swag delivered to the office. They hold it and ship it on demand for a reasonable fee. Sometimes the initial mocks aren't consistent with previously ordered swag so there are unnecessary rounds of revision.
