-not a wide range of options compared to competitors
-I would like to be able to send customised items to individuals without having to make a bulk order - E.g I can't place a bulk order for employees who give birth to a baby and we would like to send something nice to because I can't predict this number Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

-Large catalog of items to choose from.
-Fast turn around, though I would plan at least a month in advance with shipping delays and supply chain issues.
-Integration with Postal is seamless and has made my life so much easier.
-Fantastic design team who took the time to research our company's colours, designs and style.
-Super responsive, fast to act and willing to go the extra mile. Our contact and CSM on the other side, Jennifer, is one of the most pleasant and responsive people I've worked with in regards to a vendor in a very long time. -The dashboard needs some UX work and usability testing. However, they have shown commitment to improving and testing new designs, and I have seen great improvement even in a short period of time.
-Would LOVE to be able to preview/get images of old designs so they are easier to reference and share after items go into production.

What is most helpful about SwagUp is the the customer service & art quality team. Once you place an order you are assigned a representative who is there with you every step of the way until you have your products in-hand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SwagUp is unbelievably easy to use and reliable! We've been able to send swag across the world within a few clicks of a button. The swag itself is extremely high quality and we've gotten so many compliments from it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not much, they've been crushing it! We were even able to get AllBirds as swag which is extremely unique and unheard of! It's been an incredible experience! Highly recommend Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Big selection of products to choose from, quick to provide proofs to review (although we did not use any of their proofs, they were a bit basic to be honest). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- They lost thousands of dollars of 3rd party swag we sent to them to distribute for us. After weeks of back and forth (support is very slow to respond as are the sales reps after you pay them) they have just said they are not liable and have no resolution. They got very defensive and customer service went out the window.
-We bought branded boxes and when I sent out a sample box it arrived in a non-branded box, with the branded box inside. No heads up, no explanation. Why did we spend the extra time, energy, and funds on a branded box just for it to be on the inside?
-The communication is not great. There are no alerts to tell you the boxes are ready to be shipped out and I have to constantly ask questions to get any information.
-The process has taken 6 months so far, and there are a number of issues outstanding that have yet to be resolved.
Overall it seems like a great solution during the sales process, but things will fall apart and will be a complete-time waster once you start working with them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SwagUp's attention to customer success / support is unmatched. It didn't feel like working with a normal sales rep, it felt like I was in good hands as they walked us through the process. I felt like I barely lifted a finger.
Additionally, I love the business model, mainly:
- them warehousing and shipping inventory
- programatic swag sending Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some instructions/processes were unclear. When I started my order, I was a little confused. However, that confusion was short-lived because the customer support is live, fast, and excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's great that you can either send your swag straight to employees from the SwagUP warehouse or chose to get items in bulk to pass out in person. We opted for getting it sent in bulk, which reduced shipping costs and it all arrived way before I expected it to! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Their dashboard didn't update a few times and there were some glitches, but their chat feature on their website, plus having a dedicated customer success rep, helped resolve issues pretty quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Guy Brown Swag boxes. They are so different from swag we have done in the past. This was such an easy process on our end. Love that the boxes were packaged for us and we could ship some packages to our remote employees individually, as well as a bulk shipment to our HQ office directly from our online dashboard.
