Horrible customer experience. 9 days after submitting a swag request I had still never heard back and finally followed up again. I was put in touch with someone, sent them questions, then was left in the dark once again. I was then contacted by a totally different rep who bypassed all my previous questions. I was told there was a 5-week turnaround, then the very next day told it was 6 meaning my deadline had already been missed. Horrible customer management and horrible experience. They are one of the most responsive (and positive) businesses I've ever worked with. Their people are genuinely happy to work there, everyone is super helpful, and the business they've built is top-notch. Our swag packs are exceptionally high quality, and their end-to-end inventory management system is spectacular, with plenty of opportunities for new features and growth. Their process wasn't entirely clear about how much storage and shipping was going to be (on top of the swag costs), but they listened to my feedback and quickly implemented changes to their sign-up workflow.
