The speed of the platform and the service level of my dedicated rep really can't be beaten. The platform is very intuitive and turnkey, with templates and guides to help myself and my team members navigate the process. Suzy's platform is fast, intuitive, and robust. Their product spans the globe which is necessary for a global company. Their US panel is large enough that we can target exactly who we want to speak to and cut the data as needed. They've added a ton of features in the past year alone which gives me full confidence that Suzy cares about research. Their CS team is the best partner we can have in the business.
