**What do you like best about Suzy?**

The client support has been fantastic, allowing me to ask questions about capabilities, learning about new features, and troubleshoot issues or customize surveys.

**What do you dislike about Suzy?**

The screener user interface is a little inconvenient for two reasons:
1.  The window for seeing the string of targeting is quite small and cannot be expanded.  It requires scrolling to see what you have.
2.  The selection of surveys for targeting can be ambiguous if you have multiple surveys of the same name but you want a specific one.  It would be nice to be able to hover over a survey and see the meta data  (e.g. specific date, tags)

**What problems is Suzy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Understanding the consumer when the consumer is across the US.  Suzy allows me to do this rapidly and cheaply, with large sample sizes.  This would be prohibitive for in-person studies.

**What do you like best about Suzy?**

Suzy allows for quick-turnaround research from a trustworthy panel. They always put their best foot forward and provide consultation where needed. I have never had a bad experience working with the Suzy team.

**What do you dislike about Suzy?**

There are some but few limitations to using Suzy at the moment. Nevertheless, they are constantly working with us to get around those limitations and still make the experience great.

**What problems is Suzy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Suzy is helping solve countless key business questions for us. Whether it be general industry knowledge or key drivers of churn, Suzy is always able to help get us setup with the best survey possible and deliver results in an efficient and effective manner.

**What do you like best about Suzy?**

Suzy provides an agile and quick solution to quick polls/surveys with a large national sample size. Demographic breakout is a useful tool for directional guidance on population preferences/responses.

**What do you dislike about Suzy?**

The demographic breakouts are not as robust, with Suzy falling short on Gen Z and 65+ age groups, as well as ethnic breakouts (eg. Caucasians dominate the panel, with limited percentage of AA and H/L).

The platform is one of the easiest to use and I love the pre-made templates. It's also the fastest I've ever used in completing surveys and getting results - we've launched surveys and gotten results within hours or days.

**What do you dislike about Suzy?**

For some of the pre-made templates, like product names, I wish you could put in all your product names once and it would auto-populate the template rather than having the re-input them question by question.

**What problems is Suzy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Suzy has helped us get quick results about our core consumers with surveys ranging from product and category usage to naming future products. I also love how fast it is and that you pay per question rather than response.

**What do you like best about Suzy?**

The best part about Suzy is how fast you can get results from the shoppers. It is also great to get as many responses as you need without additional cost! An added bonus is the Suzy support team which is quick to respond and extremely helpful.

**What do you dislike about Suzy?**

The downside of Suzy is that it is not a data platform to be able to track the shopper's KPI metrics along with their qualitative responses.

**What problems is Suzy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Suzy helps solve for the need of rich shopper insights at a fast pace. We receive urgent requests and typically survey work cannot be done in a day or two, but Suzy has changed that for us.

Suzy gets me fast, accurate results with an easy-to-use platform.  Their support is even more valuable to me than that; They are there to address any questions or concerns to ensure my project is successful. BTW: Their market segmentation process is super good!

The reporting/analysis capabilities could use some upgrading, but they are improving.

The platform's capabilities & quality of the data provided by Suzy Insights exceeded my expectations. The platform has the ability to deliver real-time results and analytics to help me make more informed business decisions.

The user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, making it easy to create surveys and gather feedback from my target audience. 

What impressed me most, however, was the speed at which I received responses - within hours of launching my survey, I had hundreds of responses that were both insightful and informative.  a

Not a downside of Suzy but being new to consumer insights sometimes I'm slower to determining how to incorporate Suzy into a project when it's moving quite quickly.

The team at Suzy is very accommodating when creating screeners, recruiting users, and they are always fast to respond while running a study.

I do not have any complaints about Suzy. They have a great product and a great team.

We used the Suzy platform in a unique way. We set up a white-glove project, where we paid a certain fee and then got X amount of research from the Suzy team.

I didn't use the platform enough to dislike it. The summary populated by the Suzy team was top-notch.

I like how quickly we're able to source customer insights given the size of the Suzy audience/database. I also appreciate how customizable the templates are. They're very intuitive and easy to manipulate.

The easy, fast way of accessing data and insights leads to better decision-making without compromising the ability to penetrate deeply into our consumer's minds.

For us as a company being able to secure different levels of acculturation of minorities is very important, here we usually find the most acculturated it would be great if this platform could reach more audiences, and being able to capture those insights also

Suzy has been very useful especially for testing creative concepts because it gives us an idea of whether we are being able to connect with our audiences while still working on the campaign so we can refine it as we develop more content.

I love working with Suzy. They have an amazing suite of tools, the platform is easy to navigate and provides quick connections to consumers. And on top of all that, I have a fabulous Suzy account manager. She is a ROCK STAR. Brittany always goes above and beyond to help me craft surveys and screeners that get me the best output for my needs.

Suzy is reliable,detailed online consumer research that help you to get a quick read on consumer behaviour.

The tool is available in multiple countries which provides country specific consumer insights.

Nothing. I like the tool.
Only add will be to upload 3D pictures/graphics so consumer can see the pack from all the  sides, however 2D pictures still works fine.

Suzy's online research is very detailed, convenient, and  helpful when you work remotely.
I don't have to physically travel to conduct the research.

There aren't many downsides. I guess if you've never worked with surveys before then it could take a little bit of time to learn, but outside of that it's a great product.

The tool is very intuitive and the quick turnaround on insights is magical. Suzy is the secret tool in your toolbox that once you have you can't live without.

**What do you dislike about Suzy?**

Not much - We haven't fully been able to leverage the platform and all the products (ex: lives) because we just don't have enough resources dedicated to be able to take the time. In this way I wish there was a level of analysis and proactive set up that came with a light touch of a managed service.

Suzy is allowing us to get a read on brand health - we use it as a real-time indicator for brand awareness and get a read on our target audiences' perceptions and motivations.

The speed with which I can get a solid amount of insights on specific, quick questions is super valuable. I also really appreciate how simple it is to program the logic and text for our questions and short surveys.

Suzy does have some limitations in the respondent pools and programming logic that we can implement with inquiries on their platform, however the team has been enormously helpful in keeping us up-to-date and informed of new features and audiences.

**What do you like best about Suzy?**

I think that it's going to give us the opportunity to create news headlines with data from real consumers. ALso very excited to recently see the international capabilities. This is something that we will definitely use as we also begin our international expansion. Also, my team at Suzy is amazing. They're so helpful and available.

We also use it to gauge consumer preferences on packaging, which is something that's proven to be very helpful.

Also - my Suzy rep! She's amazing and constantly checking in with me to make sure that I'm getting the most out of the platform.

**What do you dislike about Suzy?**

I wouldn't mind if the sample sizes were bigger. I think that it would make the results slightly more legitimate. I'm also aware that the results we get are from a sample of the population that is willing to take surveys for compensation, which I sometimes worry isn't giving a total picture of the population.

I'm excited to see that they international, but feel like the pricing is a bit expensive.

**Recommendations to others considering Suzy:**

To really leverage your Suzy support team to make sure that you're taking full advantage of the platform. They're helpful and truly experts in the software - take advantage of that !

**What problems is Suzy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a small company, we don't always want to be spending all the resources on data - but that can put us at a disadvantage to our bigger competitors. Having Suzy gives us the ability to leverage consumer insights to the media and retail buyers that we wouldn't have access to otherwise.

The speed from question genesis to full consumer survey data (n=500, n=1000, etc.)  in about a week, targeted to our specific consumer demographics and behaviors.

**What do you dislike about Suzy?**

Getting set-up if you have a specific target group not based solely on demographics can take a little extra time, which is fine, but you must plan for it.  Once these characteristics are complete, the survey turn-around is ultra quick!

Suzy is helping us prioritize between different consumer benefit buckets and to optimize our claims and communication to best resonate with our target consumer needs.

**What do you like best about Suzy?**

The team at Suzy is fantastic and responsive.  I fully recommend their managed services offerings.  The tool itself is a great way to ask questions fast.  One of the best things about it is that you generally sign up for questions, so you don't worry about cost per complete.  This is great for niche industries that might have a very high associated costs per study.

**What do you dislike about Suzy?**

While the Suzy panel is strong, there is still risk of hitting repeat people depending on your field.  There is a question limit of 20 that limits the survey, but this isn't a big deal for most of my projects.  The tool is still maturing and needs more improvement.

**Recommendations to others considering Suzy:**

It's a great tool.  I have zero complaints, especially as they add features.

Suzy has helped with all aspects of our business.  We've used the tool to discover customer needs and wants down to the production creation level.  Anything we need to know about customers, we can ask Suzy.

**What do you like best about Suzy?**

Suzy is quick and efficient with reliable insights. It is user-friendly, and the team we work with is excellent. They are responsive, collaborative and are knowledgeable about the platform.

**What do you dislike about Suzy?**

It would be great if there were a team to generate a report as it takes a lot of our time on the back end to create our own report with the downloaded files. It would be helpful if the team could create a report draft.

**Recommendations to others considering Suzy:**

I recommend exploring multiple tools to get a hang of the system. The more you use it, the easier it is to quickly create custom surveys and launch whenever you need to.  I recommend working with the team on hand to help with creating the survey and programming and launching it together. Then, the more experience you get and the more comfortable you are on the platform, the easier it will be to do all those processes with less support. Suzy is  a great tool for any situation whether you want to launch 1 quick question to get a high level consumer pulse, a longer survey for more detailed objectives, or even a full scale quantitative/qualitative study. Suzy has multiple methodologies and there is no shortage of ways to go about answering research questions. My only request is that the platform have a team to create custom reports with the data you get since that does take a but of extra time on the back end to create those reports. However, other than that, I highly recommend! It is user friendly, simple, yet it gives reliable insights to inform key brand strategic decisions.

I've realized there is a lot of customization. We use Suzy for a lot of studies that the team needs quick answers on and we're able to answer most objectives. It has helped with informing key business strategy.

Suzy is so quick and easy to use! Being able to get insights back in as little as 30 minutes is hugely beneficial and helps our department keep things moving

**What do you dislike about Suzy?**

Suzy is still a growing platform and there are some missing functionalities that I would love to see. For example, being able to make further edits to charts (filtering) within the platform would be a dream come true.

Without Suzy, we don't have an efficient way to hear from people outside of our customers. Suzy gives us instant access to GenPop

Suzy is a comprehensive and effective market research platform generating real-time consumer insights.  Suzy provides a cost-effective research method with customized reporting and data analysis.

Utilizing the Suzy platform and managing the dashboard effectively can be a bit of a learning curve.  Adding some key data analysis tools and 'helpful hints' would be great to reference and use when creating an action or downloading the data.

The platform is intuitive and does not take long to program. Results are clear and return within 48 or so hours. Great in a pitch!

The inability to test incidence or feasibility of an audience before launching a survey.

**What do you like best about Suzy?**

I appreciate the ability to design my audiences. We need to ask questions to different buyers, so the audience screening features help us find active participants right where we need them. I also like that I can go back into those audiences and filter them with the crosstab feature. That helps us find the nuance in the data and develop actionable insights.

**What do you dislike about Suzy?**

I don't particularly appreciate that I have to pay to have my audiences refreshed each quarter. The screener questions come out of my budget for total questions asked, and that feels shortsighted. I'd rather have my audiences guaranteed and then use my credits to engage them, even if you need to build that cost into the base membership. I understand the value of refreshing - I want active participants - but I don't want to think twice about using my questions to get there.

**What problems is Suzy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Suzy is the only resource we have to get feedback from real consumers. Its been particularly useful during the pandemic, where we were doing a lot of guesswork on the consumer mindset. Being able to ask quick questions around 'readiness to return to the workplace' was very important.

The speed to insight. In a startup environment, things move at the speed of light, and we cannot afford to wait weeks or months for consumer input or insights. Suzy is the only provider with a robust set of tools and functionalities that can help us answer questions at the pace with which we move.

**What do you dislike about Suzy?**

The functionality has grown tremendously, but there are still key features missing that would  could improve output, like targetting to the DMA level, an ability to run quotas within a survey, more robust functionality for better questions (like max diff questions), and an ability to have more norms for things like monadic testing.

**What problems is Suzy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Suzy has helped to address many of our business problems our challenges. We use the tool for upfront insight gathering to help build foundational knowledge before we begin a project; we use Suzy to test creative ideas, concepts, names, etc. We use Suzy to gather information used for thought leadership in our industry and much more.

Flexibility of the survey set-up, speed and available useful features e.g. automatic report creation. Also the account support from Suzy team is very good.

Some of the character count limitations and e.g. why multiple choice question with prioritization is more expensive that normal multiple choice.

The platform is easy to use as DIY, however the account team is extremely supportive and responsive.  There are times my team and I are too swamped to get into the platform to load a study, and the SUZY team we have never hesitates to step in.

Honestly, there is not much to dislike. I think the set up initially is a little bit much but to be expected.

Suzy is a great compliment to a larger research agenda.  there are several small studies I was able to eliminate by using Suzy instead. The platform is worth the investment.

We are able to reach consumers immediately when there is a question that comes up that we have no past research to answer.  it has also helped answer some questions that are important but not big enough to launch a full study and it is more timely.  of course being able to save money over a lot of ad hoc projects is a big bonus as well.

I love the account management support and the easy-to-use tools. For someone new to the product, this was so helpful! I found the tool very easy to navigate, understand, and jump into.

It would be great if we could have help with crafting each question / study, but I understand that that is not the standard offering at the moment. The account manager has been very helpful in the process!

I have a lot of faith in the platform's ability to consistently target populations of interest and frequently use the visualization tools to tell good stories with data. I appreciate managed services' help in crafting surveys + answering questions in a timely manner.

We are looking into exploring the use of Suzy internationally - having a strong guarantee of a somewhat gen-pop rep sample, as well as making various countries available for surveys would be very helpful.

Answering questions about our target consumer in various products, helping inform R&D + marketing strategy in getting food service, retail food data at an individual level we wouldn't have access to otherwise.

The things I like the most are the ability to fully customize surveys and the pace at which results are received. In addition, their client success manager, Meghan, has been an invaluable part of our success in using Suzy. She is very generous with her time and is willing to chat through projects to ensure we are taking the best route possible for recruitment and survey design. We are grateful for her partnership!

I would like the Suzy sample to be calibrated to the U.S. Population. In addition, it would be very helpful if we were able to select our desired cross-tabs/filtering prior to exporting the summary deck.

**What problems is Suzy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Suzy allows us to answer various questions, such as creative diagnostic, content planning, sponsorship impact. It has helped collect recommendations from fans for what they would like to see in upcoming content segments, as well as understand how our current features are resonating with them. We have also used it for creative testing purposes. The ability to upload static images or video links has allowed us to test both forms creative. Suzy has been particularly useful in understanding consumer sentiment during COVID-19. It has offered a real-time solution to understand how sentiment and purchase patterns have shifted.

**What do you like best about Suzy?**

Super quick and targeted answers to ad-hoc questions from our business. Excellent customer service and a user-friendly platform. I also appreciate all of the different areas of functionality. Most recently, the Monadic testing has been fascinating, and our company is building a survey strategy that involves Monadic and concept testing!

**What do you dislike about Suzy?**

The only thing I dislike is that we can't have infinite questions within our subscription. It would also be awesome to have a sample of all products within our single subscription - like focus groups, rank choice, etc. Another area for improvement exists around creating a duplication function within a single survey so that if you need to ask the same question for different products, you can copy and paste.

**Recommendations to others considering Suzy:**

Go for it if it's in the budget! An invaluable tool and resource that's applicable to many industries. The options are endless.

Most recently, understanding the consumer health landscape and how its been impacted by COVID-19. We've also worked on some concept testing to understand consumer perceptions about different value propositions.
