Being one hundred percent benefited from the amount of honesty and time given in order to receive a good survey. Also part of the survey people get to know the truth about a certain subject ether its good or not. **What do you dislike about SurveyPro?** I feel that sometimes people rush through the surveys and may not get the most real updates. I would like to know what is really the truth and sometime depending on the person you have a rushed or curruped idea or ideals. It's very customer service oriented and has an almost non-existent learning curve. If you do run into any issues, they are handled quickly and efficiently. I think for all you get the price is acceptable. There are still some bugs that need to be worked out but it's worth the wait. It does not matter if you are a new user or not, with survey pro you would quickly be able to learn how to go about it especially if you have a bit of understanding with dealing with surveys. You can easily make custom surveys if you please as well. With all these great features, that best part is that the price is fairly reasonable compared to other tools. **What do you dislike about SurveyPro?** It definitely needs a bit of adjustments. It does have a few bugs that need some fixing. Other than that, it is a pretty good tool. The pros by far outweigh the cons. **Recommendations to others considering SurveyPro:** Surveypro is an excellent tool. It is very worthy of any investment you put into it. The customer service is amazing so even if you are confused about something or something goes wrong you would have instant, professional help.
