Easy to do the follow up; you have no issues login in so the access is not a pain on the neck. You receive a score, so you can see other peers and know how much effort you need to make.

Everything seems to be ok, very complete—enough space to add all comments possible. Easy to toggle from one screen to the other, and oI have tried others that just drive me to drop.

There's nothing that I really dislike about survey pro they are the best survey pro app and I really appreciate them for being who they are for those who like to do surveys who love doing surveys they are the greatest

UI is good and nice platform to work on. Can Integrate with other tools as required. Though many good competitors are available in the Market however it is nice to have in your portfolio.

Need good management to compete with others in this era. There number of tools that provide nice flexibility and even discounts. The team needs to look back and develop new optimizations.

Not many. Integrations is one of the fact it is nice to have in your company. There is very less support from Financial perspective. Though businesses have a good impact.

This is a very good portal to conduct surveys for various things like product surveys, event survey, surveys related to opinion of people, etc.
Its better than other portals like survey monkey

Although this is a very nice portal for conducting surveys and it provides a very good dashboard where you can filter and analyse survey results, but I think its user interface can be improved a little and made a bit user friendly

Survey Pro could make the platform maybe more user-friendly like other systems.  It's still easy to use, but I could see how people may get confused.

We are solving some minor and major problems with SurveyPro.  We have asked employees simple questions like if they would be interested in have a food truck at the office.  To more complex customer surveys.

I enjoy the ease of access, as well as an easy to understand dashboard. The aesthetic flow of it really ties in the final pieces.

It takes a bit of a learning curve until you are ready to fully understand it. Whilst it has ease of access, some may find it different than most.

I dislike the "high" purchase license price, and the look and feel are a bit outdated.

SurveyPro is a great software that you are able to personalize to meet your own business or design criteria.  It's not just a standard cookie cutter template that is generic like the other programs that are out there today.

It is compatible with survey office which lets me transfer survey data and analyse it easily. It is reliable and very easy to use. Ease of use is really important as respondents should be comfortable while filling out the survey to get the best fill through rates.

**What do you dislike about SurveyPro?**

Risk to reward ratio is very low as the one time cost of the software is $2000 which is very high in comparison with other survey tools available. Also paying such a high cost for surveys which are unpredictable is a high risk.

Please go ahead and try this out. It is worth every penny.

I personally got more responses through SurveyPro than other survey tools which helped me realise great insights for my business. Its really helpful for taking feedback where you need both quantitative and qualitative data.

The cost is decent,its one time purchase, so no monthly payments.

The questionnaires are arranged in an easy module.

Very effective for collecting feedbacks, promoting brands for bussiness and organisations.

Works well in different version like kiosk, paper etc.

No free version or trial version available.

Should have a lesser cost trial version for first time users.

Platform is not super easy to use, manual guide is not efficient enough, not very feasible for non tech organisations.

Customer service not good.

Mobile survey not available.

Very scanty or shoddy infirmation is available, this software is almost unknown to many.

Use it if your organsation is big and needs greater interaction. This software also requires a lot of expertise so think before investing as you need skilled IT experts. This does not have a trial or free version and the one time purchase is worth investing only if you are confidant of its usage.

I like that I can build questionnaires inside of reports.It also allows me to add multimedia as well.

The price is a little steep, but I am sure it will pay for itself with time saved and reachability.

With SurveyPro 5, we are able to create detailed reports and add videos, text, and pictures.  Within this information, we can implement questionnaires as well as surveys.  All in one place.

I used this simple application to develop simple suveys for my team.  I found it easy to use and easy for them to use as well.  My coworkers were content with the format.

There was nothing really negative to say in the time I used it.

being able to acquire answers from my team using surveypro helped us moved forward with new ideas for the team.

Surveypro's  scalability can be improved if we compare it to other software available for this research area or the solution we are seeking to make our decisions.

Take internal surveys from our customers and improve on the areas based on their feedbacks.
Creating internal polling initiatives. Benefits are that it's really easy to use and less technicalities lies for an end user.

I like that once you learn the program you’ll be set for life. You can focus on the actual critical thinking because you’ve learned the programming part quickly.

I don’t think it’s the most trendy marketing program, I think it could be improved by adding optional features. Keep the basic base then have some add-one.

I helped a winery learn that they needed to increase the number of signs and decrease the hedge. I also learned that they needed to replace the indoor seating because customers hated it.

The detailing in each app helps.
We have good features for the analysis of the patterns that we are trying to test.
Bar charts, graphs , piecharts all are good and provide detailed description regarding the demographics

It would habe been better if some customization was available to the end users 
Color schemes and all would have increased the readability

survey project gives you access to many features which are limited in few other similar softwares. It is very reliable and has an easy to use interface. Survery pro is compatible with survey office which let you transfer survey data and manage it easily.

**What do you dislike about SurveyPro?**

Survey price is quite expensive as compared to other similar softwares. It can cost around 2000$ for one time purchase which is a material amount for a small to mid size entity. Moreover, as it is about surveys, human behaviour is unpredictable and can give different results at different times. so paying such an amount can be a risk.

**Recommendations to others considering SurveyPro:**

Survey pro has all the functions required for a good survey software. Only thing you need to keep in check is the price of it. You can compare pros and cons of this with few other softwares and if this meet all your requirements, you can definately go ahead with it.

Surveypro is a trustworthy name in the industry so people don't hesitate in filling the surveys however it is not as popular as some of the other softwares making few people suspectible about it. Completion percentage of surves sent was above market average in our business which was beneficial for us.

What I like best from SurveyPro is that it is easy to use, as well as the supports that you receive from them is absolutely helpful.

However, What I dislike from SurveyPro is that it has very limited statistical option, ex:Chi Square. It would be better if other statistical options can also be added.

The ease of filling out information in an organized order. The system shows you how to walk through the site with using the information in filling out sheets and other data.

The amount of questions with no real end point determination. I am frustrated with thinking that I reach an end and the survey continues without knowledge of how much longer is needed to complete
