What do you like best about SurveyPro?

The user interface is very user friendly, it supports a wide range of distribution methods (online, kiosk, email, embedded on sites) several types of questions and format. Very easy to run and have a survey out quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SurveyPro?

Helps us collect consistent customer feedback after each cleaning. Before the feedback was missed or just scattered somewhere, but now we can easily keep track everything even from customer satisfaction, employee ratings, point out issues early on and se see how our team is performing.
