What do you like best about SurveyNoodle?
What really caught my eye about Survey Noodle was how easy it made both creating surveys and digging into the results. I loved their automated analysis of open-ended responses - it helped us uncover insights we might have missed when manually reviewing thousands of comments. Their dashboard became my go-to tool for tracking customer sentiment and making product decisions.
The way Survey Noodle pulls together feedback from different channels gave us a much clearer picture of what our customers were experiencing. What do you like best about SurveyNoodle?
Setting up surveys is quick and simple, so you can begin gathering feedback immediately. The AI tools make it so our team can get ideas for questions and easily tailor them to our voice. We like how the website is easy to use while having some advanced features for our teams. We’ve had to reach out to their support team, and they are knowledgeable and responsive. When we initially setup some of the surveys, we had a couple minor issues with integration, but support was able to help us out. What do you like best about SurveyNoodle?
I purchased the app without high expectations. I'm a social scientist and demand a lot regarding survey tools. I was surprised by how functional the app is! It provides all of the necessary features (like various types of questions, conditional logic and customisation) and AI-driven hints that seem reliable and grounded in data. The analytical and sharing features are well-developed as well. I checked their roadmap, and it looks promising. I bet anyone who has ever tried to build and conduct a survey knows how important (and hard to find) it is to make it look eye-catching and user-friendly. SurveyNoodle made that happen, too. It's easy and intuitive to use. The design of the survey has the modern, clean asthetic I need for my client's websites too. Everything just works, unlike so many alternative options I've tried.
