It's pretty easy to create surveys. You can mostly walk your way through it and it also has prompts to provide you with some guidance and best practices. The interface is quite easy to navigate and intuitive even to a new user. Survey building function is efficient and question library provides sufficient selection. Question branching works well. Visuals in analytics tool are quite nice and actionable. I appreciate availability to save graphs and tables in PDF as well as PNG- easy to use in the presentation. The app tends to bug out quite a bit. We had major issues with multilingual collector and support took forever to answer and when they did they pointed us to generic KB, which of course didnt solve anything. I think the app could be way more effective if they worked with real users and listened to their suggestions. I find the way translations are done in Survey Monkey very outdated and ineffective especially if you work with a lot of languages. This goes for survey itself as well as collectors.
