What do you like best about SurveyMonkey?

I like that I can copy surveys I've already made and I can make them look branded and custom. They're very easy to share, and very mobile-compatible. I can email the link, use a QR code for scanning, put in an email, or use on a presentaion. I use them all the time and can have multiple surveys going at once. What do you dislike about SurveyMonkey?

Sometimes I dislike that there are SurveyMonkey adds sprinkled thoughout my survey, so I have to find and edit them out or upgrade to remove. I wish my respondants could get an email confirmation that they completed the survey without our company having to upgrade. I sometimes get multiple submissions from the same person because they aren't sure if they submitted it yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SurveyMonkey?

What do you dislike about SurveyMonkey?

Basic functionality feels low quality compared to other tools. Creation of surveys could be improved, isn't as intuitive as I'd like. What do you like best about SurveyMonkey?

SurveyMonkey can be used for a variety of functions. I do a lot of employee engagement activities and create and conduct both internal and external training experiences. I need an option to gather feedback on what topics people would like to cover, register attendees, and then gather feedback. I can do all of that with Survey Monkey! It's so easy to create a survey and copy (and edit) for different events. I also appreciate that I can add logo/design, customize the url, limit responses, add customized thank you notes. What do you dislike about SurveyMonkey?

The only thing I dislike is that I need to use Team Premier or Enterprise to remove the surveymonkey footer logo. We currently have Team Advantage with 4 users, but cannot justify the leap in cost to Enterprise to remove logo. Ideally, I could justify for one user, but not all team members. If there could be an option to allow one user on a team to have that additional feature and keep the others on the Advantage, that would be great.

Also, I'd like to be able to print or download the Multi Survey Analysis. Now, it's nice to look at, but it doesn't help when needing to share results with my senior leaders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SurveyMonkey?

We often use surveymonkey to figure out what events to create, who can attend certain events and to figure out what policies and things are working within the institution. This is one of the main ways we stay in touch with each other, and we don't use Surveymonkey often-but when we do use it, it's important to our ability understanding each other. The implementation of Surveymonkey is easy as well, even student workers are using it around campus. They are able to use it frequently as well when they need to sent surveys. The ability to tailor the surveys and features within the app are great as well. Overall, an excellent app! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SurveyMonkey?

I wish it would provide just a few more options to personalize the survey-in terms of upgrading the surveys. But overall, I find it wonderful! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SurveyMonkey?

SurveyMonkey makes polls and data collection easy. Instead of using a complicated platform, you can set up the survey in minutes and customers actually fill them out. What do you like best about SurveyMonkey?

I like how you can easily make a survey with unique URLs. I have been able to use this to track which CSMs are getting the most responses, which allows us to gamify sending surveys, maximizing csm involvement. I also love that it is easy to set up a quiz that shows the correct answers. This makes it a great tool for knowledge checks! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SurveyMonkey?

I like the variety of options to ask questions and get the right answers. I love the options to review and analyze data, and I like how each question can be personalized in a matter to make it user-friendly.

What do you like best about SurveyMonkey?

The diverse question options and customization.

The variety of data download options.

Questionnaire editing UI is wonderful, you can fin almost anything as a user.

We use it a ton in our company, and implement it in a variety of projects.

Customer support is notable.

What do you dislike about SurveyMonkey?

I think the logic could substantially improve, as well as the UI and UX for respondents. I believe it should tell users they haven't completed the criteria of the question before they can move onto the next question, not once they've completed the whole page. What do you like best about SurveyMonkey?

SurveyMonkey is a more affordable alternative to "Premium" tools like Qualtrics, while maintaining most of the functionality that is required for practical purposes (unlike a simpler tool like Google Forms)

For its price point, it offers most things that I would need to create surveys. There's branching logic, answer funneling, A|B testing, etc. I find Qualtrics to be too expensive, so this was a nicer compromise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SurveyMonkey?

Two things

- UI is sometimes difficult to navigate, especially when trying to look at results of data through a filter
