What do you like best about Dialpad Support?

Mostly Surfboard user-friendly scheduling and insights system, which has efficiently replaced and massively improved our old Excel methods. The exceptional customer support Surfboard provides has definitely enhanced our experience and made integration with our systems seamless. What do you dislike about Dialpad Support?

We've faced a couple of minor challenges with Surfboard, including occasional glitches and missing features. What problems is Dialpad Support solving and how is that benefiting you?

Surfboard has significantly streamlined our scheduling process, replacing cumbersome Excel spreadsheets with an efficient, user-friendly system. What do you like best about Dialpad Support?

Surfboard has enabled us to be much clearer and fairer with our scheduling for our frontline executives, the clean, fresh GUI is a far cry from others on the market that concentrate on the unimportant things, and not on what really matters for the end user.

Onboarding was a breeze - I completed it within a few days and had set up every integration we needed within seconds. Yes - there are things that can be improved with Surfboard, but the same can be said about the big players who have been in the market for years. Surfboard staff are very open to critique and are quick to explain any features that are due to be expanded and/or developed. The use of Slack channels means conversations are quick and you feel like you are getting somewhere when you ask about a bug/problem/improvement.

What do you dislike about Dialpad Support?

It is still in its early days as a piece of contact centre software - and that does bring some very slight drawbacks, with features that are not yet available - however, that being said - we moved from one of the 'big guns' to Surfboard, and I think that shows our confidence in the product and its continual development.
