What do you like best about SurePoint Finance Enterprise?

Surepoint is very user friendly and was a big improvment over our last billing/time tracking software. There is a lot of functionality on the financial side for the partners which is great. Our clients have numerous billing guidelines so it was nice to be able to setup restricted words/phrases to eliminate a lot of billing errors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SurePoint Finance Enterprise?

The response time for complicated issues (which rarely happen) can sometimes be a little slow. I do recognize that it is because I am generaly waiting on the person with that expertise to reply so I just try to be patient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SurePoint Finance Enterprise solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our past billing/accounting program was a nightmare (crashing constantly, errors, etc.) and Surepoint has been amazing. We were long overdue for an upgrade and it has been great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
