SureMDM is literally the best MDM I've worked on. It covers all OS and is very user friendly. Ypu can literally control all functionalities of a device from the click of a button. And the fact that enrollment can be done using multiple ways is a bonus! I'm on the console everyday and it's easy to execute all customer requirements. The intercom function is so convenient. The guys literally respond in less than a minute and your query is resolved in amatter of minutes, which limits the downtime of a device. The jobs can literally be done with just a press of a button and the jobs are very straight forward. The fact that you've intergrated Zero Touch for enrollment makes it even more convenient and time efficient. Implementing new jobs is not even a daunting task. And the updates can be pushed to either one device or all devices at once. The implelemntation process is seamless. Changes can be made on one device, and those changes can be saved as a job and be implemented to all devices with ease. It's the best MDM I've worked on! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
