The updated UI and granular policy controls also make large‑scale deployments easier, more secure, and far more administrator‑friendly than before. It is used for BYOD devices and even for corporate devices. We can simply monitor the devices from its console remotely and can also wipe the data remotely. Customer support team is so much technical in terms of understanding the issues, being an Administrator of the tool i am a frequent user. And the fact that enrollment can be done using multiple ways is a bonus! I'm on the console everyday and it's easy to execute all customer requirements. The intercom function is so convenient. The guys literally respond in less than a minute and your query is resolved in amatter of minutes, which limits the downtime of a device. The jobs can literally be done with just a press of a button and the jobs are very straight forward. The fact that you've intergrated Zero Touch for enrollment makes it even more convenient and time efficient. Implementing new jobs is not even a daunting task. And the updates can be pushed to either one device or all devices at once. The implelemntation process is seamless. Changes can be made on one device, and those changes can be saved as a job and be implemented to all devices with ease. Love the fact that I can see what the user is seeing. We were relying on Bomgar for this and it was always a struggle. With this, no problems. I also like the fact that you can freeze apps at certain revisions. We have a warehouse app that we like to upgrade all tablets at once. With the sophos solution we had, we had to click on the don't update and people being people, someone would forget and then we would be having issues. It reminds me of an old ad "set it and forget it". The last thing that I would like to touch upon is the deployment speed. When you have everything dialed in, it takes about 10 min to provision a tablet from start to finish. And most of that time is waiting for things to setup/install. **What do you dislike about SureMDM by 42Gears?** It would be nice to have some logic for installers. For example, I want to be able to install a certain program on every tablet that does not have the program.
