Fairly easy for clients to use, and its easy to contact clients for pending items. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It has quite a few login issues which makes it difficult for clients to upload items. Also can have misleading notifications about uploading items. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Too many of our clients are unable to open.

We used ShareFile before SuraLink & the clients prefer SF because of the file storage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If Outlook works correctly it is an easy process, but it does not always work because microsoft wants people to switch to the new outlook. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
