**What do you like best about Suralink?**

Visuals. It is very easy to understand what is outstanding on the request list. Filters allow to present the information required instantly. Very easy to use. Clients enjoy working with it.

**What do you dislike about Suralink?**

Just some minor tweaks. Would be good to be able to adjust the number of notification received. Some clients had asked for it to be done twice a day as opposed to just one but there is no setting for it. When comments are added by client, the request shoudl automatically update to "submitted" as opposed to have to manually check for it.

**What do you like best about Suralink?**

Suralink gave us a fantastic alternative for creating request listings. We previously would manually update excel request listing documents that would take a long time to do. Suralink was extremely easy to implement and integrate with our current request listings. We had used the suralink template to format our request for easy upload to the site. Suralink has a great number of features that are helpful such as assigning requests to certain individuals, marking items accepted/returned, and then analyzing the number of outstanding, accepted, or returned requests. This gives the client a great idea of what is good, what is still open, and what needs to be revisited. I use suralink every day and could not imagine going back to our old route of manually updating excel listings.

**What do you dislike about Suralink?**

The main downside to suralink is the amount of outages in any given month. This can be very disruptive during a workday as we are stuck not being able to access documents in the secure portal until the site is back up and running. If suralink can try and limit these issues, I think the platform would be just about perfect. I have not personally dealt with customer support as our company's IT department would typically handle that.

**What problems is Suralink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As mentioned previously, Suralink gave us a fantastic alternative for creating request listings. We previously would manually update excel request listing documents that would take a long time to do. Suralink was extremely easy to implement and integrate with our current request listings. Once the listing is in suralink, it is now very easy to roll a request listing forward to the next engagement year.

**What do you like best about Suralink?**

I work in public accounting, and we were using a different secure portal platform that operated more like a "drop-box" of sorts that did not allow for segmenting requests, proper organization or ease of downloading all of the new or applicable files.  The layout of SuraLink with the corresponding specific requests no only allows for a live to-do list, but also dictates an easy download form to maintain the integrity of the requests and applicable files provided.  The selection of notifications also keeps your inbox from being flooded with updates when they are not wanted or needed.

**What do you dislike about Suralink?**

The privacy features are slightly cumbersome to engage with.  When sensitive data is being provided and the client needs assurance that only certain individuals can access the provided files (i.e. payroll information, bonus information, etc.), SuraLinke does not easily provide the assurance that those files' security has been heightened.

**What problems is Suralink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SuraLink is solving a multitude of problems, beginning with a safe and secure way for our clients to upload the required audit and tax documentation.  Additionally, tracking data provided and the data/information needed is an efficiency killer in an industry where chargeable time is of paramount importance.  Given that the portal layout is a "live" open to-do list and checklist, it takes this administrative task out of the hands of staff and allows them to simply login and be able to effectively and efficiently communicate with the client on items provided and items still needed.

**What do you like best about Suralink?**

Suralink is an excellent resource for communicating with clients and sending and receiving multiple files. It is a fast an easy way to communicate with clients and is used frequently at my organization. The interface is user friendly and the system allows you to accept or deny requests, notifying users if there is a follow up needed for a particular request. Suralink easily allows you to see if something has been uploaded, by sending email notifications and having interface that allows you to see which requests are outstanding. Overall Suralink gives you an easy and organized way to send and receive multiple files and set up multiple requests to detail exactly what you need from each client.

**What do you dislike about Suralink?**

I noted no issues with using Suralink so far. Occasionally the website is down, but when that has occured it has been fixed quickly.

**What problems is Suralink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Suralink, we would email clients our requests. Suralink allows us to keep all of our requests and files in one place, and be organized and detailed with each request.

It is easy to use for all sides that use it. Easy to navigate, rarely have any issues and uploads/downloads work seamlessly.

I have not experienced any noteworthy dislikes or downsides in my use of Suralink.

Allowing document sharing transparency between service provider and client. Likewise it has benefitted me by providing access to documents for all members, and removing attachments from emails so items are less likely to get lost.

**What do you like best about Suralink?**

It's simple and easy to use and navigate. It takes efforts to figure out which buttons do what but self-taught is possible and after a few practices, I can use it with ease.

**What do you dislike about Suralink?**

I was having a little trouble getting to the client dashboard where it shows all of my clients as I was used to just move my computer mouse to the clients tab and access the clients via recently view clients. It took a couple clicks before I could figure it out. Also, I think the tab that says Client List is a bit confusing (but maybe only for my case) as it does not show all clients but more of different folders for the same client.

It provides a secure platform to exchange documents with clients. It also helps us keep track of the status of requests.

As a daily user, I love using Suralink to keep my clients on track and on the same page as me. Having the ability to communicate safely and easily makes our engagements run smoother. I also appreciate that I can customize my notifications.

**What do you dislike about Suralink?**

I have not found anything that I dislike about Suralink. When I have run into clients that are unfamiliar with the software and need assistance with set-up, I advise them to reach out through Suralink support chat and have always had great results. We have had success integrating it into all levels of engagements.

**What problems is Suralink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Procedures & organization. Not only does it keep our engagement organized internally, it keeps our client organized and on track as well. I also appreciate being able to roll forward engagements, and having access to view prior engagements has been very beneficial.

**What do you like best about Suralink?**

I love the color coding aspects within Suralink to easily identify whether a client has uploaded documents that need to be reviewed and they can see if we accepted or rejected the files. You can also easily add comments about why an item was returned and what needed to be provided instead. I log into Suralink on a daily basis to check for any updates and see if anything new has been submitted. Any time we have had an issue with the site, the support team has been very easy to connect with and resolve the issue in a timely manner.

Personally, I have not noticed anything specific that needs to be changed as the site is very user friendly and does what we need.

Suralink enables us to securely receive financial documents from clients.

All files are kept in one place for each client, progress tracking for requests, and direct communication with clients are all helpful working on multiple engagements at once.

When adding comments on a specific requests, the view of comments vs full history can be a little confusing at times. I would rather it only show a full history. 

Sometimes I find it difficult to find a client that is not on the recently viewed client list.

Suralink helps ease the process of clients providing a large amount of files at once, and keeps everything organized. It benefits me because it helps keep clients separate and organized. The "comment" feature eases communication which helps overall progress.

Suralink is very easy to keep organized for engagements, and easy for clients to use. It is also an easy way to communicate with requests, and most clients love it once we get them set up initially.

**What do you dislike about Suralink?**

Prone to slowness and outages pretty frequently. Did not appear to be an issue last year but this year, particularly at the beginning of 2023, it was unusable for days at a time.

**What problems is Suralink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps cut down on time going back and forth with client and time spent digging up old emails. Improves efficiencies on jobs and helps us look better with client as we both know what was provided and if any information was actually not sent.

**What do you like best about Suralink?**

The secure file sharing is by far my favorite feature, and it's really easy to securely share and receive documents from clients. File storage and request list management is also really useful.

**What do you dislike about Suralink?**

We use Suralink for request list management and file storage for our tax clients. The "portal" on that user end is not particularly user friendly in terms of what they see. The inability to tag clients or internal colleagues in comments/requests is frustrating. Long load or lag times seems to be a weekly occurrence for our internal team when using the platform.

**What problems is Suralink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Suralink as a request list management system for our tax clients. We list out individual requests (Upload W2 here; Upload 1099s here, etc.) and users are able to drop in their documents to that specific request, and for that, it does the job well. We can store client documents (not just this year's tax documents, but prior returns), and easily share or receive documents through the secure file share system.

**What do you like best about Suralink?**

I like that all communication can be in one central location. I appreciate that clients can upload files safely. The customer support is strong and I am always able to get an answer to my questions timely. I also enjoy how open and willing they are  to listening to enhancement ideas. Their customer reps also share information about upcoming enhancements. It's a software that is always getting better and solving new problems. I like to tell my clients, that if they can use social media, then they can use suralink. It is very easy for clients to get onboard with the software. I also enjoy that the client rep meets with the main users to show how our firm is using suralink and some data analytics from their perspective. I use suralink every single day.

**What do you dislike about Suralink?**

Some of the commenting features can be limiting. For example if you want to ask multiple questions to the client, there isn't an easy way for the client to show they answered some questions and the others as outstanding. There also isn't an easy way to tell suralink not to roll certain tasks to the next year.

**What problems is Suralink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Holding the client accountable to provide us all the data before we start an audit. It reduces the amount of time spent tracking open items from the client as we can run a report directly out of suralink.

**What do you like best about Suralink?**

That I can easily import a list of items I need from a client and share examples for that specific request. Client can then upload the requested files to that specific request instead. Previously, we would email requests to the client in word file and they would email us securely upload the requested files and it would take time to go through each file and figure out what request the provided item lined up with. It has made that process really efficient. I can also mark requests as completed or let the client know that it is still open, or that the provided item is not what we are looking for. It was easy for us to implement the program and we use it for most of our clients.

It would be nice for a way to copy over common client contacts from one engagement to another because often different engagements need to be created for the same client.

The client can upload requested file to that specific request.

Easy to use platform for clients and CPAs for document sharing and tracking. Clients are able to safely/securely give us documentation to complete our work while at the end of the engagement we can deliver the product.

**What do you dislike about Suralink?**

Suralink currently doesn't have e-signature capability but they are working on that and should have it soon.

There are so many things that I like about suralink:
1. Can see when a user was last logged in. When dealing with a client that claims they've uploaded something, I can take a look if they logged in or not.
2. When working on a new client, we can refer back to what we received in the prior year. This helps both us and the client.
3. It is very easy to use.
4. Being able to see the completed requests, rejected requests, and outstanding items is very helpful in an audit.

**What do you dislike about Suralink?**

There can be a lot of login issues sometimes. Other than that, I don't have any issues

**What problems is Suralink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps to keep our client's information confidential, espcially when it comes to employee benefit plans.
This also helps us keep track of a client when we are working remotely. When we can see when someone was last logged on, we can know whether or not we will be able to work on the client.

**What do you like best about Suralink?**

Suralink is an easy to use portal for exchanging documents between accounting firms and our clients. We like it because it was easy to implement for the firm and for our clients. We appreciate the flexibility of the platform which allows us to have all of our projects on the platform. It alos helps us and our clients manage engagments project maangement functionality.

**What do you dislike about Suralink?**

The automatic timeout feature seems buggy. Sometimes it keeps the user logged in, and won't auto log them out as expected. Also, sometimes there is downtime or performance issues which can be frustrating for users at times.

**What problems is Suralink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us provide our custom evidence request lists to our clients, and helps us and them track the status of those evidence requests. We also publish reports through Suralink.

I like that you can seperate request by category and can add requests at any time. I also love the chat feature so any questions and comments are captured. I also really like the accountability that it provides for both clients and audit staff of when items are requested and when they are provided.

I do not like that you cannot move client filed to the correct line if they are added to the wrong request. I also do not like that new requests are added as the next number not the next number in the category.

Suralink offers a secure portal to exchange information.  This can be extremely helpful when sharing documents that are quite large.  The sharing of information is extremely easy when using Suralink as you can just drag and drop items right off your desktop.  I frequently use Suralink; it is an easy way to manage document requests from multiple clients.

It would be nice if there was a feature that allowed the client to add sections for when they don't know where to put something.

Suralink makes requesting and receiving documents securely a breeze. It also is extremely helpful in getting clients a listing of outstanding items. It makes the client auditor experience far better. We have also heard from numerous clients how much they enjoy using Suralink as it gives them a clear understanding of what is expected of them and what they must still provide us.

**What do you dislike about Suralink?**

There are very few things to mention here. Sometimes the UI is a bit clunky or hard to find clients if there is a large list but that is the biggest complaint. There are also server issues from time to time but that is to be expected.

**What problems is Suralink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Suralink solves numerous problems all at once. It solves the problem of encrypted data transfer for sensitive information. It also solves the problem with email in that if a team member is added to the engagement late or isn't included in an email chain they still have access to the documentation. It also allows for easier tracking of progress and outstanding items for both our audit team and the client personnel. Suralink also greatly helps clients and audit staff with understanding what was provided and used in current years as it easily allows for review of PY forms and reports.

Suralink helps our firm keep our clients accountable to deadlines while storing the interactive PBC list, any comments/back and forth, deadlines, attachments, etc. all in one place. The audit trail features, timeline showing all activity, dashboard, etc. are all fantastic well-thought out features from the Suralink team. We've experienced pretty minimal downtime with Suralink and have had overwhelming positive feedback from clients on the ease of use of Suralink. Overall, a fantastic software solution to modernize the PBC list requests for accountants and clients.

I don't have any dislikes about the Suralink product.

It is very useful as a secure portal for clients to use. It is also user friendly and is not hard to learn. Has a lot of good functionalities that make organization a lot easier. I use it every day!

It is not always the most reliable. It does crash every now or then. It also seems to log out too frequently but then also when it shouldn't. For example, there will be times that I'm using it and then all the sudden it will just randomly log me out as I've been using it for the past 5, 10, 15 minutes.

How it logs me out randomly all the time.  Site has a lot of errors and doesn't update the way I want it to.  Files I upload sometimes don't upload.  Customer service doesn't help because they can't do much about the coding.
