Suralink has transformed the way we manage requests, track deliverables, and collaborate with clients throughout the audit process.

**What do you dislike about Suralink?**

The downside is that it leaves the client with more responsibility to learn the uploading process while also staying timely with requests.

**What problems is Suralink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Overall, Suralink has streamlined my audit engagements, strengthened client relationships, and saved countless hours of administrative work. It enhances efficiency without sacrificing security, which is exactly what auditors need. I highly recommend it to any firm looking to modernize its client collaboration process.

**What do you like best about Suralink?**

We are switching after using it for two tax seasons because none of our clients like the platform. It has not improved our work process. NO Mobile Feature!!!!! Clients are all on phones or tablets and get so lost because it is a computer based product, I wish we never signed up for this product.

**What do you dislike about Suralink?**

Interface, overall layout, lack of Firm Branding options. Everything is hard to find for the clients. The notification system is not good.

**What problems is Suralink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Overall Layout - clients have a hard time understanding the Engagments Vs reports.
NO Mobile Feature!!!!!

**What do you like best about Suralink?**

Suralink is very clean to look at and very user-friendly. It is easy to look at tasks, add tasks/requests, send updates to clients on pending items, comment & upload, etc. All the functions are really simple to learn and easy to carry out. The color-coding system is very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Suralink?**

It is nit-picky, but it can get annoying when after a short period of inactivity, Suralink signs you out. And when you sign back in, you have to sign in twice, it can be a bit redundant. Also, Suralink has occasionally been down for maintenance, or you can't login during the workday. That has led to some work slowdowns and clients messaging me that they can't get into Suralink.

It helps with secure file sharing with audit clients. It helps with making sharing more secure and easier to facilitate. It also helps with simplifying the look and organization of requests and tasks

I like the layout and format of suralink. I like how it integrates with email and that it keeps a log of when items are received. I also like that it never erases information after a period of time.

**What do you dislike about Suralink?**

Sometimes logging in securely can be a pain. When i use SSO it always lags and takes 30 seconds to load. Sometimes it is difficult to locate the "client list" but that could be because a lot of my clients are healthcare and that is more protected.

It is difficult to know which files have not been downloaded without clicking on each category to see what was loaded.  I wish we could just see what files are new.

functionalities can increase. There can be even more that we can use. Some of the new functions , such as reviewing documents directly on suralink, does not work too well

it is solving the problem of working with multiple clients at a time nad tracking when deliverables are being uploaded, The reports I receive from Suralink allows me to know when comments and items are uploaded

Theat our clients rarely have a question - they can use with zero training.

**What do you dislike about Suralink?**

The rollforward feature should be able to roll for the year of individual dates in the request fields.

Been using for our clients for about 4 years and not a single negative thing to report from any clients - We use it to obtain and use senstive information. Including HIPPA information.

Love using Suralink. Makes it easier on me and clients to keep track of what has been uploaded in a clear and efficient manner.

Not really any downsides - maybe wish I got a better notification when things are uploaded (seems like it comes once a day and its grouped with other notifications)

**What problems is Suralink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used to have to request and collate client documentation through email and it was hard to see what client had sent. Now everything is securely uploaded in one easy to see spot.

**What do you like best about Suralink?**

I can click one button and send the client an updated open items list without pouring through so many emails. Clients appreciate the status emails as well and have commented on the ease of having all audit requests in one place. The comment function is great as well as it reduces the amount of email correspondence between audit team and client.

**What do you dislike about Suralink?**

Not a big deal, but would be great to be able to download directly to a folder on my OneDrive as opposed to downloading to downloads drive. Not sure if there is a setting that needs to be changed? I believe future Suralink updates include a preview window before downloading which would be a great value-add feature I look forward to using!

**What do you like best about Suralink?**

My clients love how easy it is to use—it's very user-friendly and intuitive. I also really appreciate that my view is almost identical to theirs, which makes it simple to walk them through any questions or issues that come up.

**What do you dislike about Suralink?**

There are several quality-of-life software features that could use improvement. The platform can feel clunky at times—for example, reorganizing request lists or identifying and reviewing uploaded files isn’t very smooth. It would be helpful to rename files to match the request name or preview them more easily to verify accuracy. The secure e-signature tool is another example; it's great in theory, but the inability to resize signatures or adjust formatting makes it a bit frustrating to use. These limitations can make the overall experience more tedious than it needs to be.

**What problems is Suralink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Suralink helps centralize document collection, which reduces the back-and-forth and makes it easier to track what’s been received versus what’s still missing. It’s not perfect, but it does create a clearer process for both me and the client.

The new interface has given Suralink a more refined look and easier to use. I use this product over 20 times a day and appreciate that I can assign users and mark priority items.

Sometimes Suralink will freeze and I won't be able to access it which is difficult.

Suralink is fairly easy to use. I thought it would be a little more interactive, that I could have reminders sent when I want. The clients seem to be able to turn off the automatic reminders. Customer support is easy to get in touch with. No wait time. Setup took a bit of time but was not difficult.

**What do you dislike about Suralink?**

I dislike that when a client asks for a link to upload documents, the link is not private. Everyone gets the same link. There should be a way to generate a link for each client that no one else can open.

We use it for file requests from our audit clients.

It offers a secure way to share secure files with client and client can share with me. It is very easy to use, user-friendly. It can hold a large portion of client and still run with no issues. Very easy to instruct client on how to get access to the system and being implementing to our file sharing.

One thing that I dislike about Suralink is how it does not notify you immediately after new files have been shared. It usually waits into the next morning to send an email.

I appreciate how it forces engagements to be more organized

The login timeout feature - I have it set up to log me out at max setting but it still forces me out every time I return to Suralink. Sometimes, it is buggy where I can't see the request history, assign people, create a request, etc. But a simple refresh works most of the time.

Handling open items is far more simple than using dropbox application. Most client like this platform as well.

Suralink's secured file transfer and sharing application is critical for communicating sensitive personal and financial information to our firm.  Suralink allows us to maintain control of the inflow of requested information from our extensive client base during and after-tax season.

**What do you dislike about Suralink?**

The web pages could be color enhanced for brightness and clarity.  The font and background data fields are a variation of shaded grays.  Makes viewing the web screens difficult.  Font sized could be increase as well.

The best part about Suralink is the progress tracker that helps both auditors and clients have a better understanding of what is needed to complete an engagement.

The downside of using Suralink is that everything must be downloaded to your computer. There is no integration with a filing software such as Engagement to avoid having all files be downloaded manually.

From a capabilities standpoint, would like to see AI tools offered whereby file contents can be scanned and users can show data points meeting auditor requirements.

I love that Suralink allows clients to make comments in addition to uploading files.

My only complaint is that there is not an app for cell phones. That would make it even more beneficial.

As soon as I have the document request list ready, I can activate the engagement. Clients can immediately start providing me with documents and include comments. Instead of receiving dozens of emails with pdf attachments for return preparation, it is all in one place.

I enjoy the clean  and intuitive user interface, and the ease of sending requests to clients

**What do you dislike about Suralink?**

I don't like that there is not a way to see when a push notification was last sent to a client user. I also wish Suralink integrated better with Outlook; the add-in is glitchy and does not work in the newer version of Outlook.

Suralink is a game-changer for managing PBC request lists and secure document exchange (both to and from the client). The user interface is intuitive for interns through partners.

I don't have too many dislikes about the system, only a wist list item that we could have multiple tabs or pages open at once.

Fairly easy for clients to use, and its easy to contact clients for pending items.

**What do you dislike about Suralink?**

It has quite a few login issues which makes it difficult for clients to upload items. Also can have misleading notifications about uploading items.

**What problems is Suralink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes it much easier to request and receive items from clients which saves us time compared to email.

The secure portal gives peace of mind.  The customer service is prompt and efficient.

The name is awkward for clients.  Sometimes, they have trouble logging in or accepting invites into the system.

The secure portal to place final documents for clients is the most used feature.

I like the emails & quick & easy access to the files sent to me from clients.

**What do you dislike about Suralink?**

Too many of our clients are unable to open.  
We used ShareFile before SuraLink & the clients prefer SF because of the file storage.

**What problems is Suralink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It does not help me.  Maybe tax - the feature where you mark what you need from the client.  I believe our Audit department likes SuraLink.

If Outlook works correctly it is an easy process, but it does not always work because microsoft wants people to switch to the new outlook.

I guess saves a few seconds a time a week to send documents securely vs the old I way I would.

There are plenty of options within the portal itself. The portal helps designate files to be reviewed and signed.

The portal has difficulty with accessing documents form our older clientele. They find it challenging to upload documents to us and also opening files.

It's not integrated into our other systems, so there is a manual download of the information.

The different statuses are helpful and easy for everyone to see what status is for all document requests. It's very user-friendly and easy to navigate. The customer support team is also very helpful and responds in a timely manner.

The dashboards need further customization options, such as selecting what columns are shows and being able to print to PDF.

It provides greater visibility for our clients to know what further action is required on their part in order for us to complete the audits

Visuals. It is very easy to understand what is outstanding on the request list. Filters allow to present the information required instantly. Very easy to use. Clients enjoy working with it.

**What do you dislike about Suralink?**

Just some minor tweaks. Would be good to be able to adjust the number of notification received. Some clients had asked for it to be done twice a day as opposed to just one but there is no setting for it. When comments are added by client, the request shoudl automatically update to "submitted" as opposed to have to manually check for it.
