"Streamlined Notification Management with Reliable Vendor Backup"
4.5/5
What do you like best about SuprSend?

I find SuprSend very beneficial because it has a backup system for vendors. I can configure two vendors, and if one fails, the backup automatically takes over, which ensures reliable delivery without my intervention. This feature gives me peace of mind, knowing that notifications will be reliably delivered to customers. Also, the onboarding experience was straightforward, and the web UI is easy to navigate, making setup a cakewalk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SuprSend?

One feature about SuprSend which could be improved is how I view the already sent notifications and the performance overviews, errors, all types of reporting which happens on this particular sent notification. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"SuprSend Makes Multi-Tenant Branding and Notification Control Easy"
5/5
What do you like best about SuprSend?

We are a B2B platform and our customers expect notifications to carry their own branding not ours. We looked at Knock and Courier too but the per-tenant control was not at the level we needed without writing a lot of custom code. SuprSend had that built in already. Each tenant can have their own branding, preferences, provider setup and in-app feed.

Support on Slack was responsive during our setup. We would ask something and usually get a reply fairly quickly from someone who understood what we were doing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SuprSend?

Tenant level reporting in the dashboard could be more detailed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Support team is quick and actually helpful"
5/5
What do you like best about SuprSend?

The support has been really good. They have a Slack channel where you can ask questions and someone usually gets back to you pretty fast. What I like is that the people replying actually understand the technical side of things. When we were integrating the API we had a few edge cases and the support team helped us work through them without much back and forth. That made the whole setup process a lot smoother than I expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SuprSend?

Nothing major. Sometimes responses take a bit longer on weekends but that is understandable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All Notifications in One Place with User Preference Management"
3.5/5
What do you like best about SuprSend?

A single place for all kinds of notifications - email, Slack, MS Teams, and more - which makes it easy to keep everything in one spot. Support is also very good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SuprSend?

The UI/UX could be better; the interface feels slightly complex and not as straightforward as it could be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to integrate even for someone with less experience"
5/5
What do you like best about SuprSend?

I was assigned to integrate SuprSend and I was a bit nervous since I have not worked with notification platforms before. But the documentation walked me through everything step by step. The quick start guide was clear and the code examples in the SDK docs were easy to follow. I had the basic integration done within a day. For someone who is not super experienced with this kind of tool it was not as hard as I expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SuprSend?

A few video tutorials alongside the written docs would be a nice addition for visual learners. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Notifications and Easy Email Templates"
4/5
What do you like best about SuprSend?

I like how SuprSend seamlessly sends every push notification and email. The UI builder of templates is probably the tool I use the most. The initial setup was pretty straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SuprSend?

There's something that's been bothering me, like I want to use tenant primary, secondary, and tertiary colors in a centralized way without writing the code in HTML. I wish there was a feature in the UI editor for this. I've already shared this with the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Smooth End-to-End Notification Workflows with Flexible Channel Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about SuprSend?

I like how smooth it is to create notifications, set up conditional logic, add batching, and configure the entire workflow end to end. It also supports a wide range of channels for sending notifications, which makes our lives easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SuprSend?

I don’t like the in-app notifications. Sometimes the bell icon appears, and other times it doesn’t. Also, the button in the in-app notification doesn’t render properly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Immediate Engagement with Slack and Teams Notifications"
5/5
What do you like best about SuprSend?

A lot of our users live in Slack or Microsoft Teams during their workday. Sending notifications to email or push was not getting the engagement we wanted because people would see them hours later. When we added Slack and Teams as channels in SuprSend the response was immediate. Users started acting on notifications much faster because the messages appeared right where they were already working. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SuprSend?

More rich formatting options for Slack and Teams message templates would be a nice improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
