We wanted live chat support from them for my home business of clothing. They instantly helped me integrate a robust support. Within 2 months 33% support request was handled directly through their team.

If they could smart features AI live chat. That is a improvement they can work on.

We felt that SupportYourApp takes care of our clients like they are their families. This is something that you can rarely expect from a BPO company working with thousands of callers every day. Each question has been answered promptly, and with clear instructions. We really like a personal approach to every issue and every customer – a game changing experience. Our plan was to hire a professional team who could take care of the support queue, deliver 24/7 service and keep up with the SLA terms we had in place. We needed quick and comprehensive responses for all customer inquiries as our volumes were growing rapidly.

We can't think of anything, really. We're happy with the collaboration we've grown with SupportYourApp throughout our time together. The quality and thoroughness has exceeded our expectations.

We also felt a connection from the very first interaction, and after that it all went smooth, and we've come to an agreement.

**What do you like best about SupportYourApp?**

What caught our attention first when we were looking for a support team is how professional SupportYourApp was from the very beginning. They responded to our first inquiry in 15 mins, the email was neat and personalized, and we felt like we want this kind of approach for our customers. Then, the Integration team at SUP did a great job setting up the communication channels and gathering the team, as we had none of that before. We love how our customers are treated now, how quick and efficient the responses are, and how responsive our assigned Service Delivery Manager is.

So far, working with SupportYourApp for around 2 years, we haven't noticed any cons, as everything is smooth and steady.

If you consider SupportYourApp as a support team for your product — it is highly likely to be the best business decision you make.

SupportYourApp team takes care of all the requests that are coming from our customers. They provide us with phone, chat and email support. We have both level 1 and level 2 teams with SUP, so they are responding to simple inquiries about our services and troubleshooting issues altogether.

**What do you like best about SupportYourApp?**

SYA provides really good dedicate support for us without having to hire in-house employees to answer 1st and 2nd tier support. The agents work 24/7, even on holidays and weekends without us managing.

We’ve asked supportyourapp to send a ShopperApproved review form to all customers after the ticket is resolved. As a result, a lot of customers provide real feedback letting us know how they are satisfied with our product as well as the help received by the support agent. You can look up our reviews for real time feedback from our customers.

**What do you dislike about SupportYourApp?**

The agents from SupportYourApp that are assigned to our company for dedicate support don't usually stay for longer than 6 months. And when new agents come in, they go through the learning curve which results in some poor answers that sound robotic. But with more experience for that new agent, they get the hang of it later on.

**Recommendations to others considering SupportYourApp:**

Be patient. If you decide to use SupportYourApp, be patient because there's a learning curve in the beginning. The agents will get the hang of your product but in the beginning – you may be skeptical.

**What problems is SupportYourApp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've been working with SupportYourApp since 2013 and our experience in general has been very satisfying. We outsource our customer support to them to use their English support agents for email and phone. Other languages are not as requested for us because our market is mostly English speakers.

**What do you like best about SupportYourApp?**

SupportYourApp is the only outsourced customer service that I could recommend. They take the time to understand the technical side of your problem but also the customer's value proposition which results in a more personalized customer service. We received zero complaints from customers while using this service and also managed to save significantly on servicing costs.

**What do you dislike about SupportYourApp?**

There is no doubt that the customer service outsourced is not the same as if it were the founder. Also, the remote support feature also did not help us for customers that wanted to meet us in person for troubleshooting. We also found that communication with our account rep was not always optimal (long response times, very direct tone, etc.)

**Recommendations to others considering SupportYourApp:**

If your customers can be served remotely (i.e. without your physical presence), SupportYourApp is the easiest way to scale your customer service. However, if your customers require an on-site presence or you want to provide an exceptionally personalized customer service, you are better off building an in-house sales team.

**What problems is SupportYourApp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At my old job, we used SupportYourApp in order to provide customer service to our entry-level customers. We were able to cut significantly on costs and were able to scale our business much easier until we built an in-house customer service team when we had collected the required funds.
