What do you like best about Support Board?

We only have positive experiences with Support Board. Its absolutely professional and solid. Further it's full of features and you get everything for a great price! The service is awesome and the best and quickest support so far. We exchanged a lot of emails and got most answers in under 10 minutes, some after 1,2 minutes. It's crazy. We really love our new chat system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Support Board?

It's no real con, because it wouldn't be a regular feature of a system like that, but it would be cool if it would be possible to integrate emails into the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
