What I like best is a dedicated account leader, a dedicated team leader, and a support staff. You are only one email away from gaining an answer, compared to other firms, where it seems like you are running down a rabbit hole to receive a simple solution. They are very good listeners and are not trying to push their opinion forward. They continuously ask for feedback, we have monthly sessions with them to provide them for this and we've got weekly sessions with the bigger team to align on projects which is also very useful. Not being a designer I do find this hard to say but they do need quite some hours to complete some projects (aka it has an impact on our budget and I just wish I could've done more with them). Though I cannot really comment on this properly as I am sure lots of things require a lot of skill and take lots longer than I think it would. As we are on a tighter budget though, I would appreciate if Superside sometimes offers us other options, so that we can do more with less and we can scale more.
