Just don't. Do you speak English? Great, they will not staff your account with native English speaking professionals. Do you like the beautiful creative they show off in their sales presentations? Great, you will not get the team that produced that work and everything submitted to you will look like it was created by a freshman design student. Do you have brand standards? Congrats, those will be ignored and you'll have to constantly remind them to use your brand standards... and they'll bill you for every minute of it. Beware—Superside sues clients who cancel after poor service. I signed up for their design subscription, but the work was low quality, off-brief, and nothing like what they advertised. After virtually no usable work was delivered, I canceled per the contract—only to be sued two years later.
