I think there can be some process to get things executed. We don't think it works well for us to give a truly broad idea and just say come back to us. We often feel like we need to be much closer and detailed on what we need in order to feel things are successful. Also--the fact that SS can give us ideas on UX/UI or campaigns but can't necessarily execute on those ideas/designs is a point of friction that holds us back from developing things.
