When our team doesn't have the resources to handle a project we loop in Superside and they can crank it out in less than 24 hours! When timelines are exceptionally tight and don't allow for feedback/revisions (ex: sub 24-hour turn) Superside provides multiple design options so we can pick the best option and run with it. **What do you dislike about Superside?** Superside's specialty is speed and army-sized team power. I think a natural consequence of prioritizing speed and rapid hiring can be sub-par quality. When the quality bar has not been high, we've talked to our account manager and they have adjusted our designated team and the quality of design went up so I know there are talented designers at Superside. However, we don't use Superside to generate new design systems or come up with design strategies. We use Superside as a production house that can use an existing design system and crank out 40 different sized digital ads. **Recommendations to others considering Superside:** If you need a speed machine to crank out design work, Superside is for you. Remember, you get what you pay for; if you pay for a higher subscription tier, you get higher quality design services. **What problems is Superside solving and how is that benefiting you?** Superside is allowing our small team to keep up with the high demands of our internal marketing team. It makes managing our various ongoing projects easy to follow up on and provides specific feedback to help keep my inbox from getting too cluttered. Additionally, everyone I've collaborated with has been an absolute gem. Very polite, personable, and understanding of our needs. **What do you dislike about Superside?** The onboarding process felt a bit too meeting-heavy for me. As a person who prefers to collaborate asynchronously, it felt like I was in too many before assigning my first project. The transition to an agency takes time but when you're eager to get the support, I found the extra meetings a little frustrating. **What problems is Superside solving and how is that benefiting you?** Design bandwidth and project prioritization have been the largest problems that Superside helps us solve. While they serve a variety of customers they're extremely considerate when it comes to knowing your brand/preferences. This is normally hard to find in the agency space as most agencies take a one-size-fits-all approach to design support when that isn't a viable solution for many businesses. ### 6. If I had to call out one area for improvement, it would be with their web portal/interface. That's it. They weren't able to execute on their value prop or meet anything close to the expectations they set during the sales cycle and our onboarding. **What do you dislike about Superside?** The work was poor and required round after round of feedback. While we were discussing our issues and looking for ways to rectify, they auto-renewed us. Our contract required 30 days notice, which is understandable. Having a company take weeks to rectify severe issues, only to respond once we've auto-renewed is sleazy practice. Stay away. **What problems is Superside solving and how is that benefiting you?** We're a high growth SaaS company. We tried to solve for design capacity and overflow needs. We saw no benefits.
