Although the transcriptions were often incorrect with some very strange variations of names, it was clear enough to pull the info I needed and the summary captured everything important. **What do you dislike about Supernormal?** The main reason for choosing Supernormal over other providers was the integration with Hubspot, allowing meeting summaries to be posted automatically to the accounts on Hubspot. As a company with multiple team members running 100's of meetings, it was very easy to forget to make notes after each meeting, especially during busy times when they are back 2 back, the integration removed the element of human error. Unfortunately Supernormal has removed this feature which means they are no longer fit for our purpose and we are having to move to a different provider. **What problems is Supernormal solving and how is that benefiting you?** When running online calls, we want it to feel as natural as possible and making notes or typing throughout makes it less natural. It has saved me a lot of time when preparing post-meeting documentation and summaries for alignment with technical teams. I also appreciate the seamless integration with Google Meet, which allows recordings to start automatically without manual input. The interface is clean and intuitive, which helps a lot when managing multiple projects. **What do you dislike about Supernormal?** I miss some advanced editing features within the transcript itself, such as bold text, action item highlights, or decision markers. Sometimes I need to export the content to another tool to refine it further. In meetings with technical jargon or overlapping speakers, I’ve noticed occasional transcription inaccuracies, nothing major, but worth mentioning. **What problems is Supernormal solving and how is that benefiting you?** Supernormal is helping me solve the recurring challenge of documenting meetings efficiently and accurately across multiple squads and technical projects. I liked how it showed up in the zoom meeting - it came in as audio rather than video so you could hide the non-video participants so it wasn't in your face. **What do you dislike about Supernormal?** The AI is not yet very good. It had trouble recognizing the different voices and the summaries were often not on point. While the range of templates promises a lot, the quality of what was produced was lacking. **What problems is Supernormal solving and how is that benefiting you?** An AI notetaker during meetings.
