What do you like best about Supermetrics?

The Supermetrics team is great from sales through implementation and support. They are all helpful, knowledgeable, and answer emails and support tickets really quickly. They took all the questions and problems I had and solved them. We got a new product and it was great to work together to learn more as we went. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Supermetrics solving and how is that benefiting you?

My issue started with trying to import all paid social media marketing data into one reporting software. It was terribly manual and difficult to report on. Supermetrics helped us get all of our data sources in one place and import it directly to our reporting software. it works and is easy to use.. Support is effeicent, reliable platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Supermetrics?

dealing with our Sales Account Manager is frustrating. Persistent sales messages, and a simple renewal for Reddit Ads connector, took over 20 emails, several apologies, and 22 days.

i would not recommend supermetrics purely becuase of their sales account management team Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes, it bugs given the volume of data to process, but it's faster than on the apps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Supermetrics?

Supermetrics is so easy to use, and the user interface for Google Sheets is intuitive and fast. There is a huge number of connectors available. I liked the scheduling options in my legacy plan, with hourly refreshes available. The customer support is premium and fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Supermetrics?

There is a limited set of connectors available in the less expensive pricing plans, and the pricing has increased significantly over the years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
