Thanks to Supermetrics we were able to create a single dashboard for all our channels and now we can compare cost, clicks, impressions, conversions across all our channels. **What do you dislike about Supermetrics?** Sometimes the aggregations (dimensions) will lead to a difference on the overall values of the metrics and that should not be the case. Or at least it should be explicitly stated. For example, when adding certain columns to our views (lets say, demographics) the total cost or impressions would change. The transfers were straightforward and quite easy to implement. Auto transfers, and monitoring can be set up, as well as email notifications (to the team as well) if errors occur. My team and I use it every day to monitor our data performance, and rely a lot on SM for the ETF to our database (which SM also has many DB connections). **What do you dislike about Supermetrics?** Customer support can sometimes be long, but your customer rep would ideally be the first point of contact, who would then escalate an issue. Some connections do not have fields/dimensions that exist on the ad platform but SM cannot populate or extract that data (unknown why, recurring issue but no fix or workaround). The ability to integrate with Google sheets and schedule queries allowed us to build automated reporting dashboards that save our teams a ton of time. We see high value for the price of licenses and its ease of use means even less experienced team members can jump in and get data quickly. **What do you dislike about Supermetrics?** We've had trouble with certain scheduled queries failing during times of high volume. Even when we adjust the query time to run when demand should be much lower, these issues have persisted for certain platforms like Facebook. It's unclear to us whether this is more of a Facebook API issue or related to how Supermetrics is querying the data. **What problems is Supermetrics solving and how is that benefiting you?** Supermetrics pays close attention to customer needs and publishes a roadmap of new features and data connectors they're working on. The server Outh does not work as expected when set up so I had to use the 2-week token (which is a pain to keep reauthorizing). It is generally easy to use. At least when they are not trying to sell you their more expensive plan or go anually. **What do you dislike about Supermetrics?** They are constantly moving data sources around to make more money and something as simple as adding one data source needs to go through the sales team. But their support team can't help. **What problems is Supermetrics solving and how is that benefiting you?** Centralizing data in one place. It gets the job done in most cases, despite them being very slow to add new features to their APIs. **What do you dislike about Supermetrics?** They're very slow to update their existing connectors (beyond just making sure that they work). For example, their Meta connector is still called 'Facebook' despite that company being renamed in 2021. As a result, they're missing lots of features and updates within their connectors - meaning there are regularly fields, metrics, breakdowns and quality-of-life improvements that are totally absent from their integrations. I run an SEO agency and need a tool to aggregate data from various sources. I like how easy it is to connect supermetrics to GA4 and Search Console and pull the data directly into google sheets. Supermetrics has great customer support, the waiting time to speak to an agent is next to none. The extension itself is very easy to implement and get running in google sheets, you only have to add the extension and connect your license and you are ready to roll. For me the main features are being able to compare historical data with the current period I am using. Not many other similar tools have that. There is one caveat though, and that is the price. **What do you dislike about Supermetrics?** I find supermetrics to be rather expensive for my purposes, they should definitely offer a smaller subscription for those who only use 2-3 connections.
