The scheduled running of queries also occasionally bugs out where it will stop running for no reason. Getting that sorted and a bit more reliable would definitely be helpful. That being said, I'd say 97% of the time, data gets refreshed properly. **Recommendations to others considering Supermetrics:** This is a great platform that will significantly cut down on data-collection headaches and allow you to spend much more time focused on your client deliverables. Supermetrics has been our go-to if a third-party connector is unavailable through TapClicks or the relevant party. Both connectors (GDS & Sheets) allow for automatic data refresh & filtering. **What do you dislike about Supermetrics?** Supermetrics can be pricey, especially if the use case is not essential. Ads + Analytics Connector is great for doing roll-up reports, I can't wait to see more paid media options added! They are very good with replying to help tickets and helping to troubleshoot any of the issues I've had. **What do you dislike about Supermetrics?** The interface for seeing account usage and how billing is calculated isn't the most user-friendly/intuitive. It can be quite slow to load when multiple data sources are needed in a report, but I don't know that there is really a way around that, as all those data pulls take time, even without a connector. **What problems is Supermetrics solving and how is that benefiting you?** Consistency of reporting is much easier, and I can pull together templated reports in a matter of minutes. It doesnt happen that often, but it is always frustrating when it does. We can report, analyze and act on the data in a timely way. We would be lost entirely without the Supermetrics for Google Data Studio tool.
