## Superhuman Mail Reviews
 ### 1. Superhuman’s Context-Aware AI Has Transformed My Inbox Productivity

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul . | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?**

As a chartered accountant running a busy practice, Superhuman has genuinely changed how I manage my inbox day-to-day. The AI assistant is the standout feature - I use it constantly to draft client emails in my own tone, chase overdue information politely, and even help with tax planning queries on the fly. It remembers my preferences, my clients, and my writing style, which saves a huge amount of time.

What really sets it apart is that the AI actually understands context. It can search my email history, cross-reference my calendar, and help me draft responses that are genuinely useful - not generic. For anyone running a professional services firm, it's a real productivity upgrade.

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?**

Learning all the shortcuts will take some time.

**What problems is Superhuman Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My main use case is client communication management for an accountancy practice - handling everything from chasing year-end information and payroll queries to tax planning discussions and Companies House filing reminders.

The specific problems it solves for me:

- Email overload: I was drowning in a mixed inbox of urgent client queries, newsletters, and low-priority updates. Superhuman's AI clears the noise in minutes, archiving junk and flagging what actually needs attention.

- Drafting time: Writing polished, professional client emails used to take 10-15 minutes each. The AI drafts them in my tone and style in seconds - I just review and send.

- Nothing falling through the cracks: With multiple clients, deadlines, and ongoing jobs, threads used to get buried. The Todos and splits mean I always know what needs a reply and what's pending action.

- Calendar and email in one place: Being able to check availability and schedule client meetings directly from an email thread without switching apps is a small thing that adds up to real time saved across the week.

Honestly, for a sole practitioner or small professional services firm, it probably saves me 2 to 3 hours a day - mostly in drafting, and chasing tasks that previously required me to dig through my inbox manually.

**Official Response from Pia Regio:**

> Hey, Paul 👋🏻 thanks a ton for this honest feedback!

It's definitely helpful, and I've made a note about your thoughts on the learning curve to share with the team 📝

 ### 2. Visual Clarity That Makes Inbox Triage Fast and Effortless

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kurt H. | Senior Engineering Partner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?**

The visual clarity was the first thing that drew me in, and it fits my logical workflow perfectly. I really like how easy it is to sort through a massive inbox and make rapid decisions about where each message should go. When I’m managing a high-stakes workload, anything that reduces that mental “decision fatigue” is incredibly valuable. On top of that, switching between different accounts with a single click genuinely feels like magic.

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?**

On the desktop version, I find switching between accounts a bit more cumbersome than on the mobile app; it would be great to have a simple one-click icon, like on iOS. Also, while most keyboard shortcuts are helpful, a few don’t feel entirely intuitive and took me some time to commit to muscle memory.

**What problems is Superhuman Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It tackles the problem of “inbox paralysis” by simplifying the decision-making process. The ability to triage and sort messages quickly helps me stay on top of everything and makes it much less likely that I’ll miss important project updates. I also appreciate how smoothly it lets me switch between accounts, which has noticeably improved my productivity and allows me to manage my full professional communication flow without the usual slowdown.

**Official Response from Pia Regio:**

> Hey, Kurt 👋🏻

Thanks so much for sharing this feedback with us! I totally hear you on this. Being able to switch between accounts on desktop with a simple one-click icon like on iOS, along with having more intuitive keyboard shortcuts, would be really handy.

Fortunately, we're planning to build out this ability in the near future. If you’d like to be updated on when we release this, please shoot us a note to hello@superhuman.com so we can close the loop 💫

 ### 3. Snooze, Hotkeys, and AI Drafts That Keep My Inbox Focused

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Howard R. | Technical Project Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?**

The ability to snooze or hide emails until they’re actually relevant is a standout feature for me. It creates a hyper-focused environment that helps me avoid inbox fatigue and stay on top of what matters. I also find the hotkeys essential for quick sorting, and using the AI to auto-draft replies saves me several minutes every morning.

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?**

I’d love to see more native integrations with tools like ChatGPT or NotebookLM to better support my research workflow. The calendar integration could also be more robust. In particular, I miss being able to color-code different types of time blocks and invites, which often ends up forcing me to jump back into Google Calendar.

**What problems is Superhuman Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It effectively removes the need for separate to-do lists by turning my inbox into a focused task manager. By hiding distractions and relying on hotkeys for quick triage and follow-up, it helps me push past analysis paralysis and stay on track. The AI drafting is a major benefit as well, since it noticeably reduces the mental effort needed for day-to-day professional correspondence.

**Official Response from Pia Regio:**

> Hey, Howard 👋🏻

Thanks so much for sharing this feedback with us! I totally hear you on this. Being able to have more native integrations with tools like ChatGPT or NotebookLM, along with more robust calendar customization like color-coded time blocks and invites, would be really handy.

Fortunately, we're planning to build out this ability in the near future. If you’d like to be updated on when we release this, please shoot us a note to hello@superhuman.com so we can close the loop 💫

 ### 4. Sleek, Uncluttered Interface with a Fluid Split-Panel Composer

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joe H. | Senior Design Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?**

The interface is incredibly sleek and uncluttered, and that makes a huge difference in my day-to-day focus. I’m especially a fan of the split-panel composer, since it stays the same size as the preview window, which makes it feel very fluid to review and write at the same time.

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?**

I’d really love to see a native, built-in task tracker, or at least a deeper integration with one. The reminder system is great for follow-ups, but having a dedicated space to create and manage real task lists within the same interface would keep everything in one place and save me from having to jump back and forth between this and other project management tools.

**What problems is Superhuman Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It feels like a safety net for my professional communication, making sure I don’t forget to follow up on important tasks or client emails. The AI writing assistance also solves the “blank page” problem, so I can draft clear, polished replies quickly instead of staring at an empty screen.

 ### 5. Game-Changing Speed and a Brilliant “Command + J” Shortcut

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rita B. | Senior Civil Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?**

The speed of this platform is a real game-changer. The “Command + J” shortcut is the standout feature for me—it lets me turn rough thoughts into my own authentic voice while also formatting everything nicely. It also does a great job of preserving the context from my previous conversations, so I don’t have to waste time relying on external AI tools or constantly copy-pasting.

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?**

The interface can be a bit tricky to navigate at times. When I’m scanning a long list, it’s not always easy to visually distinguish between different threads, and searching for specific past messages can feel a little clunky. On top of that, memorizing the large library of keyboard shortcuts takes a significant amount of time and effort.

**What problems is Superhuman Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It addresses the sluggishness of traditional email by offering a fast, efficient triage system. With shortcuts that let me set reminders for later and AI that helps polish my drafts, my day-to-day workload feels far more manageable. It also removes the friction of having to start replies from scratch, and that has noticeably improved my overall productivity.

 ### 6. Effortlessly Manages Emails with Intuitive Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luisa B. | Executive Board Member, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?**

My favorite thing is definitely not having email anxiety anymore. I just know a few focused minutes GO FAR with Superhuman. 1. Easy to review and reply 2. Super easy to find old email and conversations 3. Organized and intuitive I really like Superhuman Mail because it organizes email in an easy way to see it. The interface is really good and the majority of the labels it does automatically are very helpful. It screens emails really fast and flags things that I miss, making my life better in general. I also appreciate having consistency in reviewing emails and finding the important ones. The integration with my calendar is practical too; it pops up on the right bar menu, providing visibility of my schedule without switching tabs, making it easy to suggest meeting times and schedule them there. The initial setup is extremely easy and very seamless, it kind of does itself!

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?**

The first time I used Superhuman Mail, I neglected the training and couldn't use the platform to its full extent. My fault not theirs, but it's the only thing negative I can think of.

**What problems is Superhuman Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Superhuman Mail declutters my inbox, efficiently labeling and screening emails. It significantly reduces my anxiety by flagging important messages, allowing me to find valuable emails quickly. The seamless email organization and interface enhance my daily workflow.

**Official Response from Pia Regio:**

> Thanks for sharing your love for Superhuman, Luisa! 💜

 ### 7. Instant Speed and a Clean Interface for a Smooth, Productive Flow

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dean G. | Structural Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?**

Speed is the biggest highlight for me. Everything loads instantly, and the interface is exceptionally clean, which makes the whole experience feel less like a chore and more like a smooth, productive flow. The layout feels thoughtfully designed, helping me express my thoughts clearly without the usual visual distractions getting in the way.

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?**

I’d really like to see a unified inbox feature. Right now, having to switch between different accounts—even with shortcuts—still feels like something that could be streamlined further. A single, consolidated view of all incoming messages would make my daily triage faster and smoother, especially since I’m managing multiple streams at once.

**What problems is Superhuman Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It addresses the sluggishness and clutter that are typically associated with email. With a fast, user-friendly interface, it makes writing, reading, and processing messages far more efficient. I no longer feel overwhelmed by my inbox, and the clean, clear design helps me stay organized and communicate my professional ideas more effectively.

 ### 8. Minimalist UI, Fast Shortcuts, and a Unified Inbox That Keeps Me Focused

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elden H. | Senior Design Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?**

The minimalist UI and the keyboard shortcuts are fantastic for staying focused. I really like being able to consolidate all my different inboxes into a single view, then switch between them instantly without bouncing between tabs. The built-in messaging for internal team chats right within email threads is also a major productivity boost.

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?**

The standard search can be a bit hit-or-miss unless I have the exact sender or date. It tends to pull in a lot of noise from the archives, which makes it harder to narrow things down. Most of the time I end up switching to the AI search feature to find what I actually need with the right context, and that works much better.

**What problems is Superhuman Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It takes the headache out of managing multiple, fragmented accounts. By pulling everything into a single, distraction-free interface, I can breeze through my morning triage without bouncing between tabs. The keyboard-centric design helps me stay efficient, keeping important information front and center and cutting down the time I spend manually sorting through everything.

 ### 9. Focused Single-Pane Workflow and Smart AI That Matches My Writing Style

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tracy T. | Technical Architect, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?**

The focused workflow is excellent. The single-pane, “stream of consciousness” layout makes it much easier to process emails one at a time, and I feel noticeably more productive because of it. The keyboard shortcuts are also incredibly well designed, letting me archive messages or start composing instantly. On top of that, the AI agent is surprisingly accurate at mimicking my personal communication style.

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?**

There’s a small bug where the AI calendar panel doesn’t clear after I save an event, and it can sometimes lead to duplicate meetings. I also wish I could upload external files to give the AI more context when it’s drafting specialized emails, since right now it seems to rely only on my history and calendar.

**What problems is Superhuman Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me prioritize my workday by clearly separating urgent threads from the background noise. The AI assistant also speeds up meeting scheduling and drafting, which has made my overall communication workflow far more efficient and much less of a mental burden, especially during busy project weeks.

**Official Response from Pia Regio:**

> Hey, Tracy 👋🏻 thanks a ton for this honest feedback!

It's definitely helpful, and I've made a note about your thoughts on the AI calendar panel not clearing after saving events, especially since it can lead to duplicate meetings, as well as your request for the ability to upload external files to give AI more context when drafting specialized emails.

If you’re able to, please email us at hello@superhuman.com with a few more details about the calendar panel issue so we can take a closer look at the bug. And if there are other ways we can make Superhuman Mail even better for you, please let us know 💜

 ### 10. Lightning-Fast Email Workflow with Top-Tier Onboarding and Smarter AI Replies

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lionel M. | Director of Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?**

Pure speed is what keeps me hooked. With the shortcuts and snippets I use every day, getting through hundreds of emails feels almost effortless. The AI features have also improved a lot over the past year, which makes it easier to draft polished, professional replies. On top of that, the initial setup was surprisingly simple, and the onboarding experience was genuinely top-tier.

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?**

I’d really like to see more focus on voice-to-text integration. Since I use the Command key on Apple and try to avoid the keyboard whenever possible, being able to draft entire emails using only my voice would be a huge step forward for my particular workflow across both mobile and desktop.

**What problems is Superhuman Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the massive time sink of a cluttered inbox by letting me move through messages quickly and efficiently. It also takes a lot of the stress out of writing professional-grade emails from scratch, which has become essential to my daily productivity and how I manage my overall workflow.

**Official Response from Pia Regio:**

> Hey, Lionel 👋🏻 thanks a ton for this honest feedback!

It's definitely helpful, and I've made a note about your thoughts on expanding voice-to-text integration, especially the ability to fully draft emails by voice across both mobile and desktop to share with the team.

We really appreciate you sharing how this would fit into your workflow, and feedback like this helps us prioritize improvements that make Superhuman Mail more seamless to use 🙏🏻

 ### 11. Embedded AI and Calendar Sync That Make Email Effortlessly Smooth

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jordan B. | Senior Project Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?**

The embedded AI is the biggest standout for me. It genuinely helps with drafting and summarizing complex threads, and it saves me a ton of mental energy. I also really like the calendar sync features—being able to view multiple calendars and drop booking links straight into an email without ever leaving the app feels incredibly smooth.

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?**

Moving away from a traditional folder-based system was definitely the hardest part for me. After years of using Outlook, it took some time to adjust to the search-first and “split” philosophy. There’s a genuine learning curve with the shortcuts and the functional differences, and it can feel a bit jarring at first—especially during that first week.

**What problems is Superhuman Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It really helps solve “inbox fatigue” by making email management faster and more intentional. Since switching, I’ve probably saved about an hour in my daily routine. The smart automations and AI summaries cut down on repetitive work, so I can focus more on my actual project lead tasks instead of spending so much time just sorting through mail.

**Official Response from Pia Regio:**

> Hey, Jordan 👋🏻 thanks a ton for this honest feedback!

It's definitely helpful, and I've made a note about your thoughts on the learning curve to share with the team 📝

If there are other ways we can make Superhuman Mail even better for you, please let us know.

 ### 12. AI-Powered Email Client with Cost Concerns

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarfraz N. | Product Executive in Residence, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?**

I use Superhuman Mail as my primary email client because of its rich user experience and the single consolidated interface it provides across multiple inboxes. I really like the efficiency and time savings I get from the AI features, which include enhanced email replies, email draft capabilities, and spell and grammar optimization. These tools not only make handling emails more engaging but also free up my day to focus on more creative and ROI-focused initiatives. I also value the secure email inbox and the access to the consolidated email experience from different devices.

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?**

The additional cost is the primary concern. Improved integrations and lower pricing would be a great start.

**What problems is Superhuman Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Superhuman Mail for a consolidated view across inboxes, secure access on multiple devices, and AI features that boost efficiency, making time spent on email engaging and freeing up my day for creative work.

**Official Response from Pia Regio:**

> Hey, Sarfraz — thanks a ton for this honest feedback!

It's definitely helpful, and I've made a note about your thoughts to share with the team 📝

If there are other ways we can make Superhuman even better for you, please let us know.

 ### 13. AI Draft Delivers Polished, Professional Replies in Seconds

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Berry R. | Senior Project Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?**

The AI Draft feature is the clear standout for me. It’s incredibly helpful to open a message and see a coherent reply already waiting for me to review. The tone is surprisingly accurate and professional, so I spend far less time worrying about wording and much more time focusing on higher-level work.

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?**

I think the mobile experience could be improved, especially when it comes to shortcuts. On a smaller screen, they’re hard to keep track of, so having a dedicated in-app guide for mobile commands would be really helpful.

**What problems is Superhuman Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It effectively addresses the time drain of sorting and drafting large volumes of daily correspondence. By automating the initial draft and offering a cleaner interface for sorting, it makes my communication workflow noticeably more efficient and easier to manage.

 ### 14. Sleek Interface and AI-Writing Make Emailing a Breeze

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lewis H. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 08, 2023

**What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?**

I use Superhuman Mail for work and it helps me remember to follow up on emails and tasks. I mostly like the sleek clean interface. The Write with AI works very well, allowing me to respond to emails much more quickly. The pop out email composer is sleek and fluid, keeping both panels the same size for great composing and reviewing. I also appreciate the ability to have several windows or workspaces open. The initial setup was very easy, and I am very likely to recommend Superhuman Mail to a friend or colleague, rating it a 10 out of 10.

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?**

I would like an integration to, or a native built-in task tracker.

**What problems is Superhuman Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me remember to follow up on emails and tasks, and it helps me write with AI.

**Official Response from Pia Regio:**

> Your positive feedback means the world to us, Lewis 🙏

 ### 15. Time-Saving Email Management with Impressive AI Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Richard R. | Partner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?**

I use Superhuman Mail for both work and personal email, and it saves me a ton of time. I love its time-saving features like hotkeys and the instant loading of messages. Navigating multiple inboxes is easy, and the automatic follow-up reminders are super helpful. The AI assistant is pretty handy, especially for finding information like a phone number buried in an email from years ago. The AI message tagging is nice because I can use real language to instruct the software how to tag messages, making it easier and more reliable than traditional rules. The easy unsubscribe feature is useful as it lets me hit a hotkey to instantly unsubscribe and archive or delete messages from the sender that I don't need anymore. Overall, everything generally works well, and I found the initial setup super easy since you just log into your Outlook or Gmail account.

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?**

The mobile (Android) app needs some work. It routinely logs me out, which is annoying, and it lacks a lot of the features of the desktop version. It needs to keep me logged in, and it needs a 'skip' feature that lets you move to the next email without acting on the current one.

**What problems is Superhuman Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Superhuman Mail saves me a ton of time, helps me navigate multiple inboxes easily, and reminds me to follow up on emails. The AI assistant is handy for finding old information like a phone number from an email 6 years ago.

**Official Response from Pia Regio:**

> Hey, Richard 👋🏻

Thanks so much for sharing this feedback with us! I totally hear you on this. Being able to stay logged in consistently on Android and skip to the next email without acting on the current one would be really handy.

Fortunately, we're planning to build out this ability in the near future. If you’d like to be updated on when we release this, please shoot us a note to hello@superhuman.com so we can close the loop 💫

 ### 16. Minimalist Yet Powerful—Superhuman Mail’s AI Makes Email Fast and Efficient

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brad C. | Director of Engineering Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?**

Superhuman Mail sets a new minimalist standard for email clients. Even with its clean, simple UX, it still feels remarkably capable—genuinely powerful. I’ve used it on and off over the past few years, and when I signed up again recently, I noticed that new AI functionality had been added. That feature has already saved me a ton of time.

I’m one of those people who keeps important information in emails for years, and for the first time, Superhuman Mail’s AI tools let me quickly find and analyze that stored data. That alone makes the product worth using for me. On top of that, it also makes my day-to-day email processing much more efficient. Faster, more efficient email with a great UX—what more could a contemporary professional ask for?

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?**

There isn’t much to dislike about Superhuman Mail, but there is a bit of a learning curve. To get the most out of this product, it helps to take the time to learn the keyboard shortcuts and the workflows built into it, since they’re designed to make everything feel much more efficient.

**What problems is Superhuman Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Email is a huge waste of time. Too many hours each week get eaten up by reading, responding to, and organizing messages. Superhuman Mail not only cuts down on that time, but it also helps me use the library of emails I’ve kept as an easy-to-access, always-available information repository, where I can quickly pull up details using its built-in AI features.

**Official Response from Pia Regio:**

> Hey, Brad 👋🏻 thanks a ton for this honest feedback!

It's definitely helpful, and I've made a note about your thoughts on the learning curve to share with the team 📝

If there are other ways we can make Superhuman Mail even better for you, please let us know.

 ### 17. Innovative Email Scheduler, Needs Mobile App Improvements

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shawn W. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?**

I like the ability to have an email resent to me at a later date based on what I choose specifically. I can choose the date and the time, allowing the email to come back when I'm most likely able to respond or take action. This helps me manage my inbox efficiently by prioritizing and ensuring important emails come up when I'm ready to deal with them. The installation was pretty easy, and although there is a learning curve with the hot keys, the Superhuman team sends emails after signup to teach new hot keys on a every couple of days period making it easy to learn the new ones.

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?**

The mobile app is not very good on my Android device. It's often restarts and the inbox is often not up to date when it does work. It's not very obvious that it is fetching information, and it's unclear when it'll be done updating the inbox so that I know my inbox is up to date with reality.

**What problems is Superhuman Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Superhuman Mail to manage work emails efficiently by scheduling them to reappear when I have time to take action. It prevents emails from getting buried and helps me prioritize effectively.

**Official Response from Pia Regio:**

> Hey, Shawn 👋🏻

Thanks so much for sharing this feedback with us! I totally hear you on this. Being able to have a more stable Android app experience with clearer inbox syncing and update indicators would be really handy.

 ### 18. Supercharged Email Management with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Enrique A. | CEO & Co-founder, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?**

I love how clean and easy to use Superhuman Mail is, which lets me focus on emails. The shortcuts are amazing and preconfigured, making it very easy for me to go through my emails, archive, and snooze them. The setup was amazing, especially with the onboarding session that taught me some key features to make it work from the beginning. Plus, one of the features I find amazing is being able to decide which emails are shown on my phone versus my desktop, which is very cool.

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?**

I think one of the things that I find more difficulties is when I wanna reply to a message using a app AI, and I'm on my phone. I don't find it so easy to manage. It's not cheap. It's like, 400 a year. So I ended up just using it myself.

**What problems is Superhuman Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Superhuman Mail makes it easy to triage emails and helps me achieve inbox zero multiple times a week. I can also differentiate important emails and snooze others to unclutter my inbox. It lets me control email visibility between my phone and desktop, which is very efficient.

**Official Response from Pia Regio:**

> Hey, Enrique 👋🏻 thanks a ton for this honest feedback!

It's definitely helpful, and I've made a note about your thoughts on Mobile and the pricing to share with the team 📝

**What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?**

I really like how Superhuman Mail organizes my inbox, allowing me to use split inboxes for my team, VIPs, and specific communications. It helps me reach inbox zero and keeps my inbox clear, minimizing noise. The built-in features are great for triaging hundreds of emails quickly, resurfacing emails at specific times, and the AI built in helps me write emails instantly responding in my own voice. The setup was super easy with a great onboarding system, and I was able to learn all the valuable shortcuts quickly. Plus, Superhuman Mail is so reliable and does exactly what it promises, working consistently, which is very important to me.

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?**

Not a thing. Love it.

**What problems is Superhuman Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Superhuman Mail organizes my inbox with split inboxes for my team and VIPs, helps me reach inbox zero, and minimizes noise. It enables quick triage of hundreds of daily emails and resurfaces them when needed, making it super valuable.

 ### 20. Efficient Email Management with Integrated Calendar Functionality

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kit C. | Teaching Professor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?**

I really like the tools Superhuman Mail offers for managing my inbox, especially when using it as a to-do list. The ability to mark tasks as completed and move on is really powerful and helps in keeping things organized. I also find the integration with my calendar extremely useful. It shows my schedule while composing emails, which makes coordinating times very simple. It even auto-populates suggested times when scheduling, saving a lot of time compared to switching between different applications or browser tabs. The initial setup of Superhuman Mail was super easy, which I appreciated as it made getting started a breeze.

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?**

I wish there was a more visible delete feature. It's something I had to dig to find, and there are some email messages that I have no need to keep around. They're just junk, and it was hard to find that. Also, I have two email addresses, a Gmail and an iCloud. I can't use Superhuman Mail for the iCloud address, so I've got two email clients running at the same time, which is kind of frustrating.

**What problems is Superhuman Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Superhuman Mail for managing my inbox and scheduling. It simplifies my to-do list with powerful management tools, easy email completion, and integrates scheduling directly into emails, saving time by avoiding app switching.

 ### 21. Efficient Email Management with Some UI Improvements Needed

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katharine L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?**

I like the organized UI of Superhuman Mail as it helps me know what's important and quickly moves junk out of sight. I can efficiently file and sort things in an organized way. The reminders are extremely helpful for following up with people within a desired timeline, ensuring I never drop the ball, even if others might. The shortcuts make it super easy to file things away and keep everything organized into folders. The walkthrough of all the shortcuts during the initial setup was very helpful, and having the shortcuts stay visible in the UI is great as it helps you remember them over time.

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?**

I don't love the filing UI. Like, it's just not the colors could be more differentiated. They kind of all meld together right now. Like, I feel like the colors for filing away in Gmail are stronger. So you could do more with colors to, like, organize the inbox, I think.

**What problems is Superhuman Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Superhuman Mail for an organized UI that lets me know what's important. It moves junk and helps me quickly file and sort emails. Reminders prevent me from dropping the ball, and shortcuts make everything fast and organized.

**Official Response from Pia Regio:**

> Hey, Katharine 👋🏻 thanks for sharing this feedback with us!

Superhuman Mail doesn’t currently offer more differentiated filing colors or advanced inbox color organization for now, but building a feature for that is definitely on our roadmap. It's helpful to know you'd like to see this!

I made a note of your interest in this feature, and you can shoot us a note to hello@superhuman.com to stay updated on the release! ✨

 ### 22. Effortlessly Achieves Inbox Zero with Essential Collaboration Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Clarke R. | Head of Product and Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?**

I use Superhuman Mail for both my personal and work email. I love the ability to clear my inbox quickly and hit inbox zero, which helps me stay on top of things and prioritize daily tasks. The collaboration feature is super helpful when I'm responding to high-value clients and need to work with our CEO. Also, read receipts are great for knowing if someone is ignoring me or is actually interested. I enjoy using Superhuman integrated with my meetings to respond and schedule quickly. The initial setup was super easy, and after a few minutes, it became super powerful.

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?**

i think the spam filtering and auto labels can be a bit inaccurate but you can tell it whats good or bad. I decide to just remove the auto labels tho. they will mislabel items as spam when gmail would not so i have to go and dig for certain items or sit there and wonder why didnt they respond to me. I would say that they should add a screen for being able to review a few sample of what they think is spam vs what i think is

**What problems is Superhuman Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Superhuman Mail to clear my inbox quickly, set reminders, and collaborate on drafts. Inbox zero helps prioritize tasks. Collaboration is crucial for working on high-value client responses with my CEO. Read receipts reveal if someone is ignoring or interested.

**Official Response from Pia Regio:**

> Hey, Clarke 👋🏻 thanks a ton for this honest feedback!

It's really helpful, and I've shared your thoughts with the team about spam filtering and auto labels sometimes catching emails that shouldn’t be marked as spam. I also noted your suggestion for a review screen where users could compare and fine-tune what Superhuman considers spam versus what they personally would.

We truly appreciate you taking the time to explain how this affects your experience, and feedback like this helps us continue improving Superhuman Mail 💜

 ### 23. Fast Email Management with Inbox Zero Focus

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adam K. | Psychotherapist , Professional Training & Coaching, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?**

I really appreciate Superhuman Mail's clear focus on achieving inbox zero. It's not just a feature; it's a core philosophy that helps get emails out of the way so I can continue my day without distractions. The speed of getting through emails is impressive, supported by features like AI for prewriting emails, automatic reminders based on context and importance, and seamless integration with Google Calendar, which even recognizes proposed dates and times for easy management. These features were pleasant surprises, adding real value to my workflow.

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?**

There's not much to be honest. It feels like a fairly mature product. I'd prefer if it had a privacy focus. I'd prefer if it wasn't so dependent on Google Mail as a back end, if it had a standalone email facet where I wasn't sharing my information with Google, and wasn't built on top of Google and or Outlook. The Outlook is a problem because I'd like to use it for my work emails, but I can't because it requires OAuth approvals, which my employer won't provide. So I'm having to do workarounds with forwards from Outlook, which isn't ideal. But, yeah, having email that's encrypted at rest with privacy focus features and not having to use Gmail would be a benefit. Well, the initial setup was bad. The onboarding process, I had to explore with support. They seem to be in the middle of a transition from Superhuman Mail to the Superhuman Suite. So the pricing plans were confusing, they really need to clear that up on the website, and I needed to get a refund actually for my first month. But then when I went back to it and figured out the problems, their support was responsive. Once I got onboarded, once I got into the application itself, I was very happy. But, yeah, the onboarding was very clunky. Very badly thought through. Just presenting you two things on the screen saying log in with Google or log in with Microsoft. Is not what I expected. I expected it to show an inbox. Then be able to add my accounts, and I thought that was a major UX failing in the software. It took me longer than I thought and was clunky to get set up with Superhuman Mail.

**What problems is Superhuman Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Superhuman Mail to maintain inbox zero quickly, thanks to its AI, filtering, categories, and auto-labeling. The desktop keyboard focus and iOS apps make it easy to manage my email efficiently.

**Official Response from Pia Regio:**

> Hey, Adam 👋🏻 thanks a ton for this honest feedback!

It's definitely helpful, and I've made a note about your thoughts to share with the team 📝

 ### 24. Could not live without it- love the AI integration, scheduling, and visibility on recipients opening

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Pharmaceuticals | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?**

I love that you get the receipts for if the other person opened the email and when they opened it, the option to send when they are most likely to open it. I also love the *very* built-in AI for writing emails - no switching tabs, copy-pasting, or screenshotting, and it does a great job. I love the scheduling functionalities. The filtering is amazing- as a founder I could not survive my inbox without it. I love how it is set up and it is so easy to get things out of sight once done with them, with the check mark button on the right.

Support has always been great to me.

ROI feels worth it to me.

Google calendar / zoom integrations work well for me.

Overall performance definitely supports my performance as a founder.

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?**

That for emails to large numbers of people you don't get info on when they opened it / if they opened it. Also the phone app is less useful to me- a lot of what I love about it lives in keyboard commands which are much harder to get to on phone.

There is something slightly finnicky about the zoom integration to me, but that might be the unique intricacies of my own set up causing the limitations.

**What problems is Superhuman Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

efficiency, inbox overload, being quick on what is most important, not missing anything important! knowing when to follow up (based on if / when they opened the email, how many times, etc.)

**Official Response from Pia Regio:**

> Thanks so much for sharing this feedback with us! I totally hear you on this. Being able to see when emails sent to a large number of people are opened, and having more robust keyboard command access on the mobile app, would be really handy.

Fortunately, we're planning to build out these abilities in the near future. If you’d like to be updated on when we release this, please shoot us a note to hello@superhuman.com so we can close the loop 💫

 ### 25. Quick Setup, Unified Email Management with Superhuman Mail

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andy D. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?**

I really appreciate how Superhuman Mail makes dealing with multiple emails and calendars much simpler by unifying them all into one type. The shortcut keys are a massive time-saver, allowing me to quickly switch between different emails, which is really efficient. I love that it puts the calendars together seamlessly. I think the platform is just really quick and easy to use, without the overwhelming branding from Gmail or Microsoft. The clear interface lets me focus just on the emails, and using the shortcut keys helps me achieve a zero inbox efficiently. The initial setup was incredibly quick, taking only about two minutes, making it the easiest thing in the world.

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?**

I think it would be great to have a shared inbox across all your emails. You can opt to put them all into one place. And also, like, an AI summary page where you can just default it so it goes here are your today's emails, and you can just respond to all your emails in one place. Rather than a classic inbox.

**What problems is Superhuman Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Superhuman Mail unifies my emails and calendars, making it easy to switch between them quickly with shortcuts. Its clear interface helps me focus and achieve a zero inbox.

**Official Response from Pia Regio:**

 ### 26. Effortlessly Manages Emails, Boosts Productivity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel R. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?**

I appreciate the fact that Superhuman Mail lets me sort my inbox really easily, helping me make quick decisions on what needs to go where in my email accounts, which reduces the load of decision-making for me. As a business owner who needs to make thousands of decisions daily, having some of those decisions either taken off my plate or made super easy is extremely valuable. Also, the ability to switch quickly from one email account to another with the click of a button is pretty magical. I find the visual clarity of using Superhuman Mail aligns well with my way of thinking. The initial setup was extremely easy, which I appreciated.

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?**

On the desktop experience, I think switching from one email account to another should be simpler. Like clicking a button or the account icon as you do on iOS. And then, also, I think some of the shortcuts could be a little more intuitive.

**What problems is Superhuman Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Superhuman Mail to manage accounts and ensure I don't miss important emails. It increases my speed and lets me sort my inbox easily, making quick decisions simple and switching between accounts seamless.

**Official Response from Pia Regio:**

> Hey, Daniel 👋🏻 thanks a ton for this honest feedback!

It's definitely helpful, and I've made a note about your thoughts on shortcuts and having a simpler way of switching accounts to share with the team 📝

 ### 27. Split Inboxes, Smart Follow-Ups, and Powerful Search That Save Time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dani C. | Licensed Realtor, Real Estate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?**

I like the split inbox feature and the automated and scheduled follow up features. Using the various keyboard shortcuts is very helpful and time saving. I also find the search feature more powerful than other email platforms I use, which is a blessing!

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?**

I wish there was a little more functionality about creating split inboxes. For example, I'd like to group more than one person together in a unique inbox and not just use the "VIP" box. I also wish I could have a better email signature. My coworkers use Outlook and have branded, pretty, signatures and I'm unable to do that on Superhuman.

**What problems is Superhuman Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organization and follow ups are much better for me when I use Superhuman.

**Official Response from Pia Regio:**

> Hey, Dani 👋🏻 thanks a ton for this honest feedback!

You can definitely create a Split for multiple addresses.

Just hit / then search using OR (e.g., from:github.com OR from:linear.app). Once the results look right, hit Cmd+K → New Split Inbox from search.

For signatures: Copying from the Outlook Web App (rather than desktop) usually fixes any "finickiness" with images.
If it’s still acting up, paste it into a Google Doc first, then copy from there into Superhuman Cmd+K → Signatures

If there are other ways we can make Superhuman Mail even better for you, please let us know 💫

 ### 28. Efficient Email Management with AI Assistance

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steven B. | District Superintendent, New Jersey–Delaware District, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?**

I like the speed with which Superhuman Mail works and that it integrates with Gmail, which is my primary email. I appreciate that it trains you to use keyboard shortcuts, as they are faster than mouse strokes and better ergonomically. They've also done a good job at beginning to integrate AI, which is very helpful. Today, for instance, I was able to run my emails back through AI and improve them, which was very helpful. Additionally, AI is helpful in categorizing emails and putting them into separate inboxes.

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?**

It's really the downside of the keyboard shortcuts and so forth. One of the things is that there's certain things that you can't do as easily and it's because of the way that it's geared for it to be keyboard driven. Organizing the emails, I use tags a lot, so organizing the emails sometimes is not as intuitive as it is in Gmail, but overall, I still find it very, very useful. The pluses way outweigh the negatives.

**What problems is Superhuman Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Superhuman Mail to manage my emails quickly and achieve zero inbox by categorizing emails into themes with automatic inboxes, ensuring I've processed all emails efficiently.

**Official Response from Pia Regio:**

> Hey, Steven 👋🏻 thanks a ton for this honest feedback!

It's definitely helpful, and I've made a note about your thoughts on our keyboard shortcuts to share with the team 📝

 ### 29. Supercharged Email with AI and CRM Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marek K. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?**

I like Superhuman Mail's excellent interface, keyboard shortcuts, and follow-up features. The AI feature is great for drafting individual emails and analyzing a large number of emails to produce a composite report of action items. I was positively overwhelmed by the quality and breadth of the reports I got using the AI. I also enjoy the CRM integration feature, which makes it easy to create CRM contacts. Setting up Superhuman Mail was easy for me.

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?**

The opening screen is my inbox. When I want to write a quick email I get distracted and overwhelmed by the unread messages. I need a configurable default screen, perhaps a quiet dashboard or my calendar or a compose email page or a smart command center. I've written a number of times with feature suggestions. I get a quick acknowledgement of receipts but no visibility on whether my suggestions are going to be implemented at all or, generally, what the roadmap is.

**What problems is Superhuman Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Superhuman Mail declutters my email interface, automates follow-ups, and speeds up email tasks with AI. It saves time by drafting emails, analyzing volumes of email for action items, and integrates smoothly with CRM for easy contact management.

**Official Response from Pia Regio:**

> Hey, Marek 👋🏻

Thanks so much for sharing this feedback with us! I totally hear you on this. Being able to set a configurable default screen, whether that’s a quiet dashboard, calendar view, or even jumping straight into compose, would be really handy, especially to avoid inbox overwhelm.

Fortunately, we’re planning to build out this ability in the near future. If you’d like to be updated on when we release this, please shoot us a note to hello@superhuman.com

 ### 30. Superhuman Shortcuts and AI Drafting Make Email Twice as Fast

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wiebke U. | Online Business Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?**

For some reason, Superhuman is the only email client that really works with the way my brain operates. I love all the shortcuts. I don’t have to touch the mouse, and I can use AI to draft emails in my own voice. Honestly, I’d probably spend about twice as much time on email without Superhuman.

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?**

The only thing is that the layout is a little boring, but that doesn’t affect any of the functionality. I would love to personalize it a bit more visually, but that’s not really important

**What problems is Superhuman Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The time I save and how it feels like a lift on my mental load

**Official Response from Pia Regio:**

> Hey, Wiebke 👋🏻 thanks a ton for this honest feedback!

It's definitely helpful, and I've made a note about your thoughts on the layout and wanting more visual personalization to share with the team 📝

 ### 31. Fast, High-Performance Email with Smart Sorting and Keyboard Shortcuts. Big time saver.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steve L. | Senior Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?**

Sorting of incoming emails into categories that I can process differently. Speed of keyboard shortcuts and overall performance.

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?**

Biggest issue, and one that stops me using Superhuman for my business email account is that there is no preview panel for emails. I need to be able to use a keyboard down arrow to go down the list of new emails and read the email without having to go into it.

I receive a large number of monitoring emails and the simple action of having to enter the email and then exit is one step too many.

I've also found that Superhuman struggles with my business email account as I have over 100,000 historical emails.

**What problems is Superhuman Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In my personal email accounts, I receive a large volume of marketing, promotional, and newsletter emails. They aren’t spam, but I do need a way to sort them into categories so I can quickly scan through them and then delete them manually.

**Official Response from Pia Regio:**

> Hey, Steve 👋🏻 thanks a ton for this honest feedback!

It's definitely helpful, and I've made a note about your thoughts to share with the team 📝 We know those workflow details really matter, especially when you’re processing a high volume of messages.

On the categorization side you mentioned for your personal inbox: you may find it useful to know that you can access categories like Marketing, News, Social, and Pitch from the left area of the app. If you use the left arrow to move over, you’ll see those sections and can quickly scan emails that Superhuman has grouped there, which can make reviewing and deleting a lot faster 🙌🏻

 ### 32. Speed-Boosting Email Game Changer with Minor Formatting Flaws

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Deborah N. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?**

I use Superhuman Mail for all of my email needs, and I especially love the snippets and read receipts. The read receipts help me know who is most interested in my emails or who is waiting for follow-up, so I can check-in with them. The snippets are great for setting templates that I need to send to a lot of people, but I don't want to send a mass email. It just makes everything so much quicker, and repeatable actions are much easier. The quick key commands are awesome and save time, helping me focus on the highest priority items first.

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?**

I wish I could highlight words and that I could put emojis in easier. There could be a little bit more of the formatting options that you get from a standard email client.

**What problems is Superhuman Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Superhuman Mail speeds up my workflow, simplifies repeatable tasks, and makes prioritizing emails easier. The read receipts and snippets allow me to personalize communication and stay in touch with key contacts, saving time and managing volume effectively.

**Official Response from Pia Regio:**

> Hey, Deborah 👋🏻 thanks a ton for this honest feedback!

It's definitely helpful, and I've made a note about your thoughts to share with the team 📝

 ### 33. Supercharged Email Management, Needs Calendar Boost

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian R. | Managing Director of Software Engineering, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?**

Superhuman Mail helps me keep my inbox organized and allows me to get through emails quicker. I really like the shortcuts that let me navigate quickly through what's important, reply, and archive emails effortlessly. The ability to reach inbox zero really relieves a mental burden for me. I also appreciate the auto label and auto archive features, and the scheduling capability for follow-ups, with emails returning to my inbox when I'm ready. This organization really helps me manage my day better. Integrated calendars are a huge plus too. The setup was extremely easy, with some of the best onboarding and walkthrough tutorials I've ever experienced.

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?**

I think the calendar features can be improved. I believe the calendar isn't necessarily fully featured. It is a mail client after all, but Google Mail and Google Calendar go so hand in hand that being able to schedule events with the full features that you can do through Google Calendar would be really helpful. Basic event creation is available, but more advanced features such as recurring meetings and multi-day meetings is currently missing.

**What problems is Superhuman Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Superhuman Mail to keep my inbox organized and get through emails quicker. The shortcuts let me navigate through important emails, reply quickly, archive, and achieve inbox zero, relieving mental burden. It helps organize my day, auto-labels, auto-archives, and integrates calendars.

**Official Response from Pia Regio:**

> Hey, Brian 👋🏻

Thanks so much for sharing this feedback with us! I totally hear you on this. Being able to schedule events with more advanced calendar features, like recurring meetings and multi-day events, would be really handy.

 ### 34. Efficient Email Management, Needs More Features

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fernando C. | Realtor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?**

I use Superhuman Mail for managing multiple inboxes efficiently. It does a good job of keeping each one orderly and allows me to reply quickly to any urgent messages. I appreciate how it sends me reminders within two or three days to follow up on emails if I haven't received a response. This feature ensures that my outgoing messages are followed up on a timely basis. The initial setup was pretty straightforward as it just involved connecting to my Gmail account.

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?**

I realized that I have to install a client on each machine because I access email from multiple computers like a Mac and a PC. I have to set it up every single time instead of having a cloud profile that syncs across devices. Superhuman Mail does not review attachments, so if I'm submitting a PDF or spreadsheet, it's not reading the content or context. I kinda wish it was more robust to do a little bit more for the monthly subscription. On the mobile interface, having quicker shortcuts would be nice, like for deleting emails versus the 'done' feature, which is more like archiving and can hog up storage.

**What problems is Superhuman Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Superhuman Mail for managing multiple inboxes. It excels in keeping everything orderly and allows me to reply quickly to urgent messages. It also sends follow-up reminders for outgoing emails, ensuring timely responses.

**Official Response from Pia Regio:**

> Hey, Fernando 👋🏻 thanks a ton for this honest feedback!

I've made a note about your thoughts on device syncing, attachment review, and mobile shortcuts to share with the team 📝

 ### 35. Efficient Email Management with Superhuman Mail

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Liam N. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?**

I really like the split inbox feature and the remind me functions in Superhuman Mail. The split inbox lets me collate similar emails together to help me review them quicker. I can have a split inbox for very important people who I work with and also split other noisy emails like calendar notifications and Gong notifications into its own inbox, which helps me quickly churn through those. The remind me function enables me to chase up customers on their actions or chase up colleagues on their actions. I also appreciate how easy it was to set up Superhuman Mail; it was up and running quite quickly with no complaints.

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?**

Using the mobile is a little bit more challenging with the split inbox. But apart from that, it's fine. Personally I think the mobile version should be about churn through emails and not have a tonne of functionality. If I'm stuck in a queue, I'd like to quickly cull some emails. Perhaps a Email Cull Mode could be implemented for this very purpose, a mode that dumbs down the email review process for the purpose of culling.

**What problems is Superhuman Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Superhuman Mail to collate similar emails for better context, see emails from my colleagues and customers, manage split inboxes for important contacts, and separate noisy notifications. It helps me review emails quickly and follow up on actions.

**Official Response from Pia Regio:**

 ### 36. Empowers Email Management with Speed and Precision

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leticia A. | Design & Onboarding Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?**

I use Superhuman Mail daily to efficiently manage my work inbox. I appreciate how it eliminates spam, promotions, and non-important communication, ensuring I only read important items. I love the commands; they're super easy to learn and fast to use. The initial setup was super easy and fast, even for someone who isn’t very tech-savvy. I definitely give it a 10 when recommending it to others.

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?**

The browser could be more visible. The icon for the browser is not very prominent, so it's a little difficult for newer users to locate it. Maybe it could be a search bar instead, like in Gmail, or have it look a bit more like search bars in traditional email providers.

**What problems is Superhuman Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Superhuman Mail to eliminate spam and non-important messages from my inbox, ensuring I read important emails. The commands are easy to learn and fast to use.

 ### 37. Efficient Email Management with Intuitive Design

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Scott L. | Board of Directors , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?**

I love the overall ease of use of Superhuman Mail on the computer and the way it flows—it just flows really well for an email software. I really like simple things like being able to hit 'e' on my keyboard to make an email go away or 'h' to remind me to follow back up on an email. These features enhance my experience.

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?**

Yeah. I think the AI drafting of responses could be improved on a better level, allowing users to customize prompts so that, for instance, if an email comes in related to when can I volunteer, the draft automatically knows that an email can be sent to give them a specific link or connect them with a specific person. I think that AI part can be improved. I think some of the automation could probably be improved as far as when an email comes in. I also think that the mobile and especially the iPad version does not feel the same as the computer version, and I think that could be improved.

**What problems is Superhuman Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Superhuman Mail solves my time management issues, freeing up significant time and organizing emails to prioritize what's important. It helps me not miss any emails, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks, and improves my overall email workflow.

**Official Response from Pia Regio:**

> Hey, Scott 👋🏻

Thanks so much for sharing this feedback with us! I totally hear you on this. Being able to customize AI prompts for more context-aware replies, improve automation for incoming emails, and have a more consistent experience across mobile and iPad would be really handy.

Fortunately, we're planning to build out this ability in the near future. If you’d like to be updated on when we release this, please shoot us a note to hello@superhuman.com so we can close the loop 💫

 ### 38. Lightning-Fast Email Triage with a Polished, Shortcut-Driven UI

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?**

Superhuman is by far the fastest email client I’ve used. The keyboard shortcuts, split inbox, and overall UI make it easy to triage and clear emails quickly. It’s built for people who process a high volume of email and want to move fast. Once you learn the shortcuts, it genuinely feels like a productivity tool rather than just an inbox. The onboarding and polish are also excellent.

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?**

The biggest downside is the price—it’s meaningfully more expensive than alternatives without being a must-have for everyone. I also don’t use it on mobile, which limits its value since I’m often checking email on my phone. Some features feel more like “nice to have” than essential, and if you’re not fully committed to using shortcuts, you won’t get the full benefit.

**What problems is Superhuman Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Superhuman helps me process email faster and stay on top of a high-volume inbox without feeling overwhelmed. It reduces time spent sorting, searching, and responding, which lets me focus more on actual work. The speed and workflow improvements translate directly into better responsiveness and less mental load throughout the day.

**Official Response from Pia Regio:**

> Thanks a ton for this honest feedback!

It's definitely helpful, and I've made a note about your thoughts on the pricing to share with the team 📝

 ### 39. Time Saving and Organization with Superhuman

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leonardo G. | CEO & Co-founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?**

I save a lot of time using Superhuman Mail, as it allows me to optimize the way I handle my emails. I can create reminders and drafts by giving it instructions, which helps me prepare work for the future. The proper filtering of emails by Superhuman Mail saves me time because I don't have to spend extra minutes searching for messages. It has an agent that helps me locate what I need, and the reminders act like an assistant, notifying me about pending or upcoming tasks. The drafts generate suggestions for me and adapt to the tone of my communication, especially when sharing my schedule, as it checks my calendar and sends availability immediately. All of this allows me to save even more time.

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?**

I find it hard to remember the many commands on the computer, which can make the process difficult even though they could speed things up.

**What problems is Superhuman Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Superhuman Mail helps me save time and optimize my email by solving issues with irrelevant messages. It allows me to prioritize and categorize emails, create reminders, and easily manage drafts, improving my efficiency and organization.

**Official Response from Pia Regio:**

> Hey, Leonardo 👋🏻 thanks a ton for this honest feedback!

 ### 40. AI-Powered Email Management Boosts Productivity

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Connor C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?**

I use Superhuman Mail for my company email account, and it allows me to process emails more efficiently and move at a quicker pace. I like the reminder and AI features, especially the scheduling calendar appointments with multiple people. The AI feature finds times in an instant rather than sifting through schedules, saving me several minutes by not having to open several calendars to find time slots. The AI drafting feature is also great for optimizing emails. The initial setup was very easy, which I appreciated.

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?**

I don't love the calendar view side as much as the mail side. Probably the UI and just a slower adjustment off of Gmail's UI.

**What problems is Superhuman Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Superhuman Mail lets me process emails efficiently and move quicker. I save time with AI features like scheduling calendar appointments and drafting emails, streamlining workflow.

**Official Response from Pia Regio:**

> Hey, Connor 👋🏻

Thanks so much for sharing this feedback with us! I totally hear you on this, having a smoother and more intuitive calendar view would be really handy.

Fortunately, we're planning to build out improvements in this area in the near future. If you’d like to be updated on when we release this, please shoot us a note to hello@superhuman.com so we can close the loop 💫

 ### 41. Efficient Email Management with Room for Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Justin N. | Directory of Support, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?**

I love how Superhuman Mail helps me get through a lot of email quickly and navigate efficiently between my personal work account and a support email account. I really appreciate the quickness and efficiency of the automatic inboxes we've set up based on labeling and the keyboard shortcuts. Switching to Superhuman Mail from Gmail was a great decision for efficiency purposes, allowing us to better organize emails in a way that works for us. The initial setup was pretty easy, which was evident when we onboarded an employee a month ago, and it went smoothly.

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?**

There are little things - like the inability to copy the text of a label - that could be useful for our workflow. We really, really, really could use the ability to tie into our custom CRM so that we could quickly see client info from within Superhuman. (If there was an API, we would be willing to build our own integration).

**What problems is Superhuman Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Superhuman Mail to quickly get through a lot of emails and navigate between accounts, enhancing efficiency with keyboard shortcuts and automatic inboxes.

**Official Response from Pia Regio:**

> Hey, Justin 👋🏻 thanks a ton for this honest feedback!

At the moment, there isn’t a way to copy the text from labels in Superhuman Mail.

If you’re looking to use the same label on other emails, the quickest way is to open the email and hit L to bring up labels, then type the label name to apply it. This will also move the email into the corresponding Split for that label.

As for an external API, we don’t currently offer one. That said, it’s really valuable for us to hear that this would help with your CRM integration. I’ve shared your feedback with the team, and we’ll keep you updated if this becomes possible in the future 🚀

 ### 42. Effortless Email Management with Powerful Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pauline N. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?**

I like all the hot keys because they help me be much more efficient. Sometimes, I don't even need to read an email, and I can just perform something on it. I also like that you can respond to calendar invites, and it will automatically mark the email as done. I enjoy the snippets functionality and the ability to collaborate with teammates instead of sending emails.

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?**

There are sometimes a lot of pop ups that suggest certain workflows that I don't wanna use. Sometimes it asks me if I want to try comments instead of forwarding or emailing someone on the team. But I don't want to use comments. I think there might be something that says, like, don't ask me again, but I maybe it would just learn from the fact that I don't use it.

**What problems is Superhuman Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Superhuman Mail helps me find emails more quickly, set up reminders, and search for keywords easier than Gmail. The hotkeys make me more efficient, and I can respond to calendar invites and collaborate with teammates effortlessly.

**Official Response from Pia Regio:**

> Hey, Pauline 👋🏻 thanks a ton for this honest feedback!

It’s definitely helpful, and I’ve made a note about your thoughts on the frequent workflow pop-ups and making them smarter or less repetitive based on your preferences to share with the team.

 ### 43. Streamlined Email Experience with Minor Notification Hiccups

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maureen B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?**

I use Superhuman Mail as my main emailing platform, and I really like it. It's really convenient and cuts out a lot of the noise, automatically handling extra emails like meeting notifications or junk that aren't relevant, which lets me focus more on the important emails without having to delete them myself. I also enjoy being able to put internal notes for awareness to my team. My favorite thing is asking AI to add my availability for meetings, which works great. Superhuman Mail makes everything convenient and easy to use, and I especially like the reminders feature. It helps me stay on top of my tasks by allowing me to remind myself of things the next day. Overall, I enjoy using Superhuman Mail for my everyday emails.

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?**

Sometimes the notifications don't come through right away. It's probably the app. Maybe they're there and I don't see them or maybe they need to last a little longer. The initial setup was a little confusing because it looked so bare and I didn't see where the menu is. I don't know the shortcuts yet, so I just use the shortcut menu.

**What problems is Superhuman Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Superhuman Mail to reduce email clutter and automatically sort important messages. It helps with writing, formatting emails, setting up meetings, and keeping my team informed with internal notes. Using AI for availability and reminders enhances my workflow and focus.

**Official Response from Pia Regio:**

> Hey there, thanks a ton for this honest feedback!

It’s definitely helpful, and I’ve made a note about your thoughts on notification delays, the initial setup feeling a bit unclear, and discovering menus/shortcuts to share with the team 📝

 ### 44. Superhuman Mail Supercharged My Productivity and De-cluttered my Inbox.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dallas F. | Director Customer Experience, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?**

Superhuman mail has been a serious game-changer for my productivity;
- I now routinely get to the bottom of my inbox rather then being swamped by mail because of the segregated inbox function where priority emails are always pushed to the top.
- I find great efficiencies with the AI search function where it can scan my inbox to answer contextual questions about an email I sent weeks or months ago.
- I really also love the clean look of their UI, far less cluttered and serene than my standard inbox view.

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?**

My only criticism is that at times I do find it hard to locate emails that may be seen as 'SPAM' and are auto-filtered by the tool away from my inbox... emails like those pesky one-time codes to access other online portals etc. BUt seriously, that's it!

**What problems is Superhuman Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Superhuman mail is helping to provide order to my inbox... My inbox is no longer just a capture of emails in chronological order of arrival, Superhuman helps to filter them by priority in the split inbox view (I never miss a signature request for instance... they are always bubbled to the top and filed separately as 'Signatures'). There is also a ton of context hidden in my inbox, and the Superhuman AI makes it super easy to dig through the noise to surface that context when needed (for instance, I often ask AI things like: "I sent an email about a month ago to Nancy and I provided her with a quote for an add-on package, can you remind me what price I quoted, were there any one-time discounts offered?". Love Sperhuman Mail.

**Official Response from Pia Regio:**

> Hey, Dallas — thanks a ton for this honest feedback!

It’s definitely helpful, and I’ve made a note about your thoughts on how spam filtering can sometimes make it tricky to find important emails like one-time access codes, and I’ll be sharing this with the team 📝

 ### 45. Best Email Client in 30 Years—Never Miss Important Emails Again

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ziggy S. | Founder & CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?**

Before SuperHuman, I'd miss communications from my most important opportunities or forget to follow up on my flood in inbound emails.

I no longer miss important emails and can view my top priority split inboxes at a glance. The keyboard interface speeds up my email management. Best email client I've used in 30 years.

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?**

There's no next/previous for string search results to skip to next or previous occurrance of string.

**What problems is Superhuman Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It keeps me on top of following up with clients and on important opportunities. It's improved my customer service reputation.

**Official Response from Pia Regio:**

> Hey, Ziggy 👋🏻 thanks a ton for this feedback!

Not having next/previous navigation for string search results does sound like it would streamline things quite a bit. A few folks have requested this previously, so I wouldn't be surprised if we build it down the line! If we do, and you’d like to be updated on a future release, drop us a note at hello@superhuman.com and we’ll reach out 💫

 ### 46. Supercharges Email Efficiency with Quick Keys

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steven K. | Chief Innovation Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?**

I like Superhuman Mail for its speed and quickkeys. I love that I can press a key and it moves the message and loads the next one without extra steps. It is fast and efficient. I also appreciate the minimal design, although I do wish the tags were color-coded. The initial setup was not a problem, and the tutorial was well worth it.

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?**

I like the minimal design but would like the tags to be color-coded. It would make it easier to find and see the different sorting.

**What problems is Superhuman Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Superhuman Mail helps me quickly and efficiently work through my inbox, overcoming email overwhelm and ensuring I don't miss important messages. I love the speed and quick keys that let me handle emails without extra steps.

**Official Response from Pia Regio:**

> Hey, Steven 👋🏻 thanks a ton for this honest feedback!

It's definitely helpful, and I've made a note about your thoughts on having the tags color-coded to share with the team 📝

 ### 47. Email Reinvented with Unmatched Speed and UX

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patrick K. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?**

I really appreciate the incredible UX of Superhuman Mail. It feels like we're in 2026, not stuck in the past like with traditional email services such as Gmail. The design helps me go over my inbox much faster and craft emails quickly with AI, which knows my style of writing and can write in my voice. I love that it's blazing fast to create calendar invites, summarizing conversations and auto-adding everyone involved, saving me a lot of speed and time. I particularly like its ease of use and UX, which is very straightforward, both on mobile and desktop. Everything is so fast, from going over my inbox to adding follow-ups and reminders, and the many shortcuts really save me a lot of time. The initial setup was also incredibly easy.

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?**

I think there are a few meetings, especially because I use Outlook for work, that I still have to go through the Outlook calendar to change the meeting. So maybe, like, a better integration with Outlook.

**What problems is Superhuman Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Superhuman Mail helps me go through my inbox faster, craft emails quickly with AI, and saves time with easy calendar invites. The UX is straightforward, and everything is blazing fast.

**Official Response from Pia Regio:**

> Hey, Patrick 👋🏻 thanks a ton for this honest feedback!

It's definitely helpful, and I've made a note about your thoughts on having a better integration with Outlook to share with the team 📝

 ### 48. Streamlined Email Management with Stellar AI Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steven J.

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?**

I really like the seamless commands in Superhuman Mail that let me respond and mark something as done easily. Reminders are simple, and I love that I can just type things out. The AI integration is amazing, allowing me to draft emails very quickly or have the AI draft an email based on recent communications seamlessly. I really like how Superhuman Mail integrates with my Google Calendar. When I'm drafting an email and talking about a specific day, I can see my calendar on the right-hand side. Additionally, the initial setup of Superhuman Mail was super easy.

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?**

So on a mobile device, and sometimes on the desktop version, the way the thread is shown can be a bit confusing. It makes me double-check to ensure I'm not replying to an older message on a thread. I think having more clear indications of which message I'm replying to could be improved. Also, when I draft something and send it automatically, it's not 100% clear if the AI-drafted email was actually sent. So communication or feedback on sent emails could be clearer.

**What problems is Superhuman Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I spend less time managing emails and understanding conversations with Superhuman Mail. The AI integration helps draft emails quickly and clearly, making my communication easier.

**Official Response from Pia Regio:**

> Hey, Steven 👋🏻 thanks a ton for this honest feedback!

I've noted your thoughts to share with the team 📝 I hear you on the thread view being a bit confusing and the need for clearer confirmation when AI-drafted emails are sent, both are really helpful feedbacks.

 ### 49. Superhuman Mail: The Ultimate Productivity Booster for Email Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Franklin D. | Director, Student Support Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?**

Superhuman Mail is the ideal productivity tool. The clean interface reduces distraction, while the shortcuts are invaluable in speeding through email. Superhuman Mail allows you to customize the organization of your inbox so important emails are easily accessible and at the forefront. It integrates into my workflow easily, allowing me to check multiple email accounts and manage my calendar with ease. Superhuman Mail is a constant in my productivity workflow and something that I rely on multiple times each day.

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?**

There is nothing significant that I dislike about Superhuman Mail. There are times when I need to throw something on my calendar while I am in Superhuman, which requires some gymnastics if I am the only participant in the event.

**What problems is Superhuman Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a busy middle manager, I find that Superhuman Mail offers an efficient interface for handling the hundreds of emails I receive daily. Since integrating Superhuman Mail into my workflow, I have been able to cut down my email processing time by at least an hour each week, and on some days, I save more than 30 minutes. The keyboard shortcuts have become second nature to me, so I rarely need to use my mouse while managing my inbox. The search features allow me to quickly find emails, while colleagues struggle within the native email client.

**Official Response from Pia Regio:**

> Hey, Franklin — thanks a ton for this honest feedback!

It's definitely helpful, and I've made a note about your thoughts on the Calendar to share with the team 📝

If there are other ways we can make Superhuman even better for you, please let us know.

 ### 50. AI Reminders Enhance Usability, Despite High Cost

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luis F. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?**

I like the AI and reminder features in Superhuman Mail. They save me a little time by pre-drafting emails and reminding me when I need to follow-up or send an email to someone. This capability really saves me a lot of time. I also appreciate the integration with HubSpot, as it allows me to easily see all the information from HubSpot within Superhuman. Additionally, the initial setup of Superhuman Mail was pretty easy.

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?**

I find the reminder feature sometimes annoying when reminders are set automatically. If I don't set it myself, it's because I don't need it, so getting an automatic reminder is frustrating because it makes me think I have something to do when I really don't.

**What problems is Superhuman Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Superhuman Mail helps me stay organized with reminders, so I don't need extra notes and can easily find emails. It integrates with HubSpot for seamless info access and saves time by pre-drafting emails and scheduling follow-ups.

**Official Response from Pia Regio:**

> Hey Luis 👋🏻 thank you so much for the honest feedback!

We're sorry for the friction here! You can turn off these reminders by pressing Cmd+K → Reminder Settings, then selecting the “no messages” option.

Your thoughts on Auto-reminders are super helpful, and I’ve made a note to share them with the team 📝

If there’s anything else we can do to make Superhuman Mail even better for you, we’d love to hear it!
