What do you like best about Superchat?

Superchat offers many solutions. No matter which industry you come from, it definitely helps you with community management! The customer service is really 10/10. I have rarely worked with companies where the calls were so friendly and helpful. Many companies should take this as an example. The program will be used daily in the future for processing inquiries from all customers at our locations. This way, we save a lot of time that can be invested in other projects. - The automation system Superchat uses is easy to understand and has countless great options we did not even think about beforehand. All our wildest dreams are now reality.

- Because of Superchat, our customer service is finally manageable, available 24/7 & fun to do again.

- Superchat's customer service is above & beyond. If I could give more than 10, I would do it.

What do you like best about Superchat?

Good product overall, but very poor support. They would keep sending help articles to users instead of understanding them and helping properly. Took them about 24hrs to get answer to simple API related questions, support people on chat has no knowledge of API related questions at all, left us helpless...leading to us experimenting and troubleshooting and eventually affecting our whatsapp account blocked by meta! Very easy to use and a great way to engage with clients. Espcially clients that wouldn't be confident enough speaking over the phone due to having little english.

We get great support from Friederike with any queries we have.

The automations and campaign features have made our jobs a lot easier.

It is a simple chat tool with almost everything one could wish for from such a tool. It combines the most important messaging services into one app in a simple way!
