There is nothing I dislike about super send Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Everything they do makes sense. Revolving senders, quality warming campaigns, native email validation, retargeting options, multiple outreach channels, the list goes on. It's just great. Everything you would typically purchase "credits" for in an alternate service or resolve to a third party -- Supersend has baked into the platform without begging for an upsell. Honestly, I don't have anything negative to say about the platform. The service has been excellent, and since starting, support has been quick to address any issues and add new features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Previously I was paying for mailwarm (for warming up emails) and apollo.io (for cold email sequences) separately. Email warming came at no extra cost with super send and email automation was obviously half the price. I decided to give it a shot, test a new cold email campaign and see how linkedin, email, twitter came together in a single sequence. So far satisfied with the product and very happy saving some $$.
On top of this, they've been very swift in replying to support queries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The Linkedin automation has some room for improvement. I've used specialist tools like expandi, waalaxy before, so my expectations with it might be quite high, to be honest.
They've been dropping features every week, so not sure if I'd be able to hold this for long. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It literally allows you to embed code as custom values, use automated custom memes/images (that use custom values on the images!), has warm-up included, amazing customer support (nearly immediately in my experience), inbox rotation (amazing if you take cold-emailing seriously and have multiple accounts), and it has no stupid sending limit (it lets you send 100,000 emails per month!).
Oh, and you can throw in LinkedIn & Twitter actions into a sequence as well, so it's not even just cold emails that it does!

It is new, so there were a few things I had to ask about and review with the owners, but he fixed everything nearly immediately! So, all in all, 10/10 software! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

it handles the warming for you. you can send emails from multiple email addresses. supersend is straight to the point and does what is necessary to have an effective outbound sales development process with multiple touches. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
some small UI changes would be helpful. for example, the campaign name sometimes gets hidden and because we use a lot of the same campaign names + clientname, it's hard to know which is which. this is specific to our use case though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
