What problems is Sunshine Systems solving and how is that benefiting you?

I get faster response from them and the fact that they know how they set up our Kronos it's easier to have them adjust or fix an issue than going through Global Support. Sometimes I don't know how to explain it but Sunshine Systems since they were there from the beginning they know the issue before I finish explaining it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
