In my current position, I use SunFish frequently to record & see my teams' attendance data, update personal information, see payroll details & performance review. The things that I like best from SunFish is the user friendly interface, the ease of data integration and the ability to access it anywhere. It really helps the user to see our personal info without having to wait from HR Team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Since SunFish features mainly depends on the internet connection, so if the connection is slow SunFish would stop responding and the data that I've been filling would be gone so we have to rewrite it all over again. This happens mostly in the perfomance module and if we had a change of position or target, we cannot simply edit it but have to restart the process and rewrite our performance plan all over again. Almost all of SunFish's basic strategy modules are very useful. Especially the Employee module which contains Employee Personal Data and Employment Data, then the Time and Attendance module which makes it easier for the Human Capital Unit to monitor employee attendance and employee leave. Don't forget, there is a Payroll module which makes it very easy & saves time when processing employee payroll. It also includes PPH21 tax calculations. The overall benefit of using SunFish is to facilitate business processes both from the Human Capital side and from the Employee side, where SunFish can be accessed anywhere and anytime.

SunFish can be used anywhere and anytime. User interface implementation makes it easy for users to use SunFish every day.

In our company, the Human Capital Unit uses SunFish on a daily basis while employees prefer to use GreatDay because in our company there are project employees who have more mobility in projects so it is easier to use GreatDay which can be installed on their respective cellphones.

Employees are our customers. With SunFish we can provide better support to employees. For example, when an employee wants to know the remaining leave allowance, we can directly check it via SunFish which has been recorded properly.

Our hope is that in the future SunFish can be integrated with the SAP program that we currently use in the finance unit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Performance module which currently has a standard cannot be used because it is not in accordance with the business processes in our company. However, we have plans to submit custom orders to suit our business processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We Sunfish Workplaze users since November 29, 2023, the benefits that we feel are very easy to work in the employee self service feature, employee can see and propose whatever they need, and the resources booking feature makes it very easy for us to set up a meeting room without Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Performance Management Feature, this feature makes it easier to deploy KPIs from department level to individual level through performance plan form. The filling process is carried out in systematic manner, monitoring & assessment are also carried out easily through a system that is integrated with the existing approval process. In the performance plan form feature, if there is an employee (manager) have mutation process, it will result in employee below having to submit it again because the performance plan form that was previously submitted is still with the previous manager.
