While Sunbit has been a great addition to our Eyecare Center, there are a few areas where the platform could be improved:

Not all patients qualify for the longest or most flexible payment plans. While Sunbit approves a high percentage of applicants, some customers receive shorter terms or smaller approval amounts, which can limit their purchasing power.

Merchant Fees:

Like most financing options, there are associated merchant fees. Although the benefits often outweigh the cost, these fees can slightly reduce profit margins for smaller businesses.

Reporting and Analytics:

The reporting tools are functional but somewhat basic. More detailed analytics or customizable reports would help businesses track trends and patient usage more effectively.
