Unlike generic task tools loaded with irrelevant features, this platform is built specifically for tracking construction drawings, contract revisions, technical submissions and project document handovers, which suits our lean 11–50 person team perfectly. Its most valuable strengths are the reusable custom workflow templates and flexible task grouping features. Every construction project follows standardized cycles: pre-project tender document sorting, mid-phase drawing revision reviews, cross-team document distribution, and final project archiving. After I built optimized workflow templates for our residential and commercial construction routines, I can duplicate and adjust them for every new project, instead of rebuilding tracking structures from scratch. Whenever updated structural blueprints or revised contract files are synced via Resilio Sync, I group all related review, version logging, and site distribution tasks together to ensure no documentation step is missed. The centralized overview dashboard is another game-changing benefit. It lets me oversee all active projects at a single glance, including pending drawing approvals, overdue contract checks, upcoming document handover deadlines and ongoing revision workflows. First, the platform’s reporting system is extremely basic. It only supports viewing progress for individual workflows or single standalone projects, with no option to create, save or customize cross-project report templates.
