**What do you like best about SuiteCX Customer Journey Mapping?**

We are new users of SuiteCX; we have tried other tools before, and this is probably one of the best tools and companies to help us create excellent customer journey maps. In addition to the amazing product, I have to mention the fantastic team; they don't just have tools to help you map this out, they also have a team that you can consult, and they will provide you with amazing best practices and guide you through the process, and this alone is PRICELESS!

**What do you dislike about SuiteCX Customer Journey Mapping?**

We are a new user of this product. However, so far, the experience is undeniably exceptional! They preach what they teach, literally! Their Onboarding process is so effortless for the user, and their training is easy to consume and doesn't take much time for you to understand their process, although I would argue it can improve. However, so far, so good.

**What problems is SuiteCX Customer Journey Mapping solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SuiteCX is providing us with both the tool and the know-how or strategy and best practices to create the best customer journey we possibly can. They make it easy to digest and straightforward.
