The templates we have to work with are fairly basic, and the overall approach doesn’t allow for emphasizing the specific strengths of what we provide. Its been great working with Suger to both manage our AWS listing as well as process private offers. Their portal is easy to use, provides great reporting and integrates naturally with AWS ACE as well as our our own CRM. The pricing is quite high for small businesses. Once you start adding features and integrations, the cost adds up quickly. We felt like we were paying for features we didn't fully use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Suger has enabled our Marketplace co-sell and transaction activity to significantly increase. Within just a few weeks of purchasing Suger, we were able to create a new Marketplace listing and change the way we priced our offering. The ease of integration with Salesforce and partner networks (ex: ACE) then allowed the traffic from our new listing to seamlessly port into our existing workflows. The platform is easy to use and has allowed various teams across finance, sales, operations, and alliances to have a singular view into the offering/usage/listing activity across multiple Marketplaces and listings. The reporting and insights into co-sell activity and engagement have greatly improved the alliances operations and I use the platform daily now as a critical part of my role.
