**What do you like best about SugarCRM?**

The standout feature for our team is the SugarBPM engine. Unlike other CRMs with basic “if/then” rules, Sugar lets us build complex, multi-step workflows that actually match our real-world sales process.

I’m also a huge fan of the new “Last Interaction” column in the list view. It sounds like a small UI update, but it has completely changed how our reps prioritize their daily outreach.

Additionally, Sugar Predict 2.0 AI has become surprisingly accurate at scoring leads based on external buyer intent signals we didn’t even know were available.

**What do you dislike about SugarCRM?**

The learning curve is definitely steeper than a tool like HubSpot. If you aren’t careful with your configurations in Sugar Studio, the UI can start to feel a bit cluttered and harder to navigate. We’ve also found that some of the deeper data queries in the Advanced Analytics module can be slow to load, especially when pulling multi-year reports. Lastly, pricing for the “Sell Premier” tier is a noticeable jump, so you really need to be using the AI features to justify the ROI.

**What problems is SugarCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to struggle with “data silos” between our sales and support teams. After moving to a unified Sugar environment, our account managers can now see active support tickets directly in the Sugar Sell dashboard. This has helped us avoid several awkward sales calls where we might have tried to upsell a client who was still dealing with an open technical issue. Overall, it’s made our outreach more informed and has improved our renewal rate by roughly 12% over the last two quarters.

**What do you like best about SugarCRM?**

I find SugarCRM to be highly flexible and it allows for great customization. I like the AI-powered predictive analytics, which helps in lead scoring and the predictability of conversion. It's also valuable that I can use the platform from marketing to sales to aftersales. Additionally, integrating SugarCRM with Slack to alert people when a lead comes in and to connect with marketing campaigns in my digital ecosystem is a huge plus.

SugarCRM is highly flexible, allowing for customization. It helps in lead scoring and conversion predictability, from marketing to aftersales.

Its easy of use,very high customization, automated data entry and pricise deployment.

Because it is so customizable, it can feel "heavy" or "clunky" for a brand-new user. The interface is clean, but there are a lot of buttons and modules.

Main problem sugarCRM solving is data silo and and it builds efficiency at the higher level

Integration support of external tools for calling and can also support a few AI tools integration for good insights

Their UI can be more intuitive compare to other CRM's and integration tools like calling system are limited
