It’s inexpensive but Definitely not like a more expensive CRM operates. Sugar easily integrates with any application in your environment and offers all this value through a modern user experience that can be personalized by each individual in your business and is optimized for use in the devices of those individuals who use it all. days. What do you dislike about Sugar Sell?

Actually there is nothing that I do not like. There are some features that I'd love to see, but the SugarCRM development team is rolling out improvements and bug fixes on a quarterly basis and I'm being patient waiting for good results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how you are able to look into the opportunity with all of the information and there are different ways to track your contact with that particular opp. As well as setting reminders of when to follow-up Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- I wish when you mark a meeting as cancelled or no show it goes away from your dashboard. Right now it stays on your dashboard looking like you haven't complete the requested task

_ I would like for there to be a way if you havent followed up with a lead within in certain time frame it would auto populate a friendly reminder - in case you forget to set a reminder

What do you like best about Sugar Sell?

SugarCRM's ability to be customised has allowed it to be tailored specifically to our requirements, both in terms of usage and with regards to regulations that must be followed during the course of our work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sugar Sell?

The reporting feature in SugarCRM is limited in how the data within the system can be represented. Although more complex reports can be written in SQL, the inability to easily lay them out limits their usefulness for users who are not familiar with SQL. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Managing funding claims requires numerous audit checks and review of spending according to eligibility rules. Our customised SugarCRM installation massively improves the ability of those at the top of the cascade to monitor the progress of claims and check on all management and financial verifications throughout the process.
