Sugar is very easy to get to grips with. The basic functionality can be worked out pretty quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The plugins aren't particular good for a salesperson - archiving emails, tracking leads, targets etc is hard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Its has all the features (maybe even more) than Salesforce.com but it is more affordable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Lack of local support. Same difficulties and costs associated w/Salesforce for integrating into legacy systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like Sugar because its so easy to use and has a lot of out of the box function, its so simple to set up and get going with Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dont like how theirs not a lot customisation to the UI Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It’s inexpensive but Definitely not like a more expensive CRM operates. The user interface feels a little bit unsophisticated, certain features and functions such as forecasting deal difficult to understand at first glance, and in general is just does not feel like a very sophisticated CRM like salesforce it gets the job done, but it’s definitely not my preferred product. Is a decent CRM, but has most of the functionality that you would expect out of CRM, it’s just and it is a good value Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like it because Sugar is a complete CRM platform that consolidates all the critical marketing, sales and service information, and is a powerful application that will help you repeat and automate your best practices. Sugar easily integrates with any application in your environment and offers all this value through a modern user experience that can be personalized by each individual in your business and is optimized for use in the devices of those individuals who use it all. days. Actually there is nothing that I do not like. There are some features that I'd love to see, but the SugarCRM development team is rolling out improvements and bug fixes on a quarterly basis and I'm being patient waiting for good results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the flexibility and ease of being able to stand up the out of the box sales tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The naming convention and some of the functionality of the subpanels. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like how you are able to look into the opportunity with all of the information and there are different ways to track your contact with that particular opp. As well as setting reminders of when to follow-up Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- I wish when you mark a meeting as cancelled or no show it goes away from your dashboard. Right now it stays on your dashboard looking like you haven't complete the requested task
_ I would like for there to be a way if you havent followed up with a lead within in certain time frame it would auto populate a friendly reminder - in case you forget to set a reminder
- easier ways to pulled detailed reports- not as user friendly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
SugarCRM's ability to be customised has allowed it to be tailored specifically to our requirements, both in terms of usage and with regards to regulations that must be followed during the course of our work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The reporting feature in SugarCRM is limited in how the data within the system can be represented. Although more complex reports can be written in SQL, the inability to easily lay them out limits their usefulness for users who are not familiar with SQL. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
